New Horizon is terrible. The counselor (Victor) who I talked to was very biased and discriminatory. He did not listen to anything I had to say and had his own opinions already formed about me. He was extremely quick to recommend further treatment without even properly evaluating me. He only asked me two questions before recommending treatment. I believe this office is only out for money and not truly there for proper counseling. I STRONGLY suggest you find another counseling service regardless of the price. I really regret going there.
