New Creations Salon & Spa

I arrived at the salon in this small town where I'm currently working and discussed with the stylist a loose beach wave perm that I'd like to have. I showed several pictures and asked questions. She expressed her confidence in being able to achieve this look for me. Well, it didn't turn out well. Its a tight poodle frizzy perm with an uneven trim. I called the salon 4 days later to discuss and was told bad result of her service was my fault. Never offered to have me come back to take a look or offer to fix. Incompetent and unprofessional stylist. And the salon is unkempt, dusty and dirty. It was so bad that my initial reaction after walking in was to walk out! I wish I had. I'll not make the mistake of returning. Terrible
