Never Land Kennel & Cattery

This was a fantastically accommodating establishment for our daughters dog Bryson. They were super accommodating and friendly. They took to our dog right away and he always came home happy and tired. Special shout out to Olivia- thank you for making this a wonderful experience. We would definitely use them again.

Terrible customer service!!!! Never told about the "non-refundable" deposit and therefore not given back deposit when I canceled my reservation with several weeks notice! Woman on the phone was nasty and not willing to work with me.

Unsafe and despicable. I am typically one to bite my tongue and say nothing at all but I cannot.

Our dog was accidentally let loose at 8 am during doggie daycare (a mistake I understand-they happen) however, my husband and I were not informed until my husband arrived 9 hours later at 5:30 pm to pick her up. Her disappearance was observed and told to the owner but no action was taken to inform us. They call us weekly and my husband and I are glued to our phones at work yet, they never called by their own admission. When my husband arrived to pick her up, three staff members were sitting behind the desk to inform my husband of the "bad news" that had occured 9 hours prior.

We thankfully were able to find her at 10 pm in the pitch black when we could have been looking for her all day in daylight. When she was found she was only 2 miles away from the kennel. Thankfully she was found in the few hours we had the opportunity to look for her since it was late November and freezing.

I have only ever written positive reviews on other businesses but I cannot condone a business that chooses self preservation over the potential safety/life of the animals they are supposed to protect.

We don't often board our dogs, but when we do, this is their home away from home. They cared for our Great Danes and Norwich Terrier with equal compassion and skill.

Looked a little sketchy on the outside, but have been very impressed with them. It's the first time we've boarded our three dogs where they look forward to returning! Picked them up to hang out at the beach, and when we took them back, they ran out the car and headed inside.

Just O.K. for me and my dog, does not smell pleasant when you walk in and my dog is ALWAYs so glad to see me and pulls me out of there when I go pick her up; think we'll try a few others.
