Amazing experience. I just had my first visit with Dr. Kimberly Free this morning. Upon arriving, the front office is so calm and welcoming.
Cozy couches and a fire were burning, making me feel at home.
The front desk immediately greeted me with a cheery smile and a happy disposition.
Upon meeting Dr. Free, I could tell this would be a great visit. She has a beautiful judgment-free demeanor, listens, comforts, understands, has a great laugh, and ultimately wants to help her patients live balanced healthy lives.
She spent 2 hours with me. Yes, you read that correctly. 2 hours! AMAZING! She listened intently, asking questions, and making me feel valued.
I have been nervous about going to the doctor, and this was such a fantastic experience I feel the need to share it with others.
Everyone from the front to the back was wonderful and full of smiles.
I wouldn't change a thing about my visit today with Dr. Free and the staff.

Cost $350 for initial appointment. I went in wanting to establish care here. I loved the doctor I saw from first impression. She told me to continue taking prenatal and double my multi-vitamin as the nutrient level wasn't as high as she desired for me she said with our initial appointment.

I went and got my blood drawn. My results came back, and I am super high in "iron".

I came back for my second appointment today, one month later after receiving the blood draw to look at my results. She agreed high in iron. She told me to go get checked a second time after doing blood draws and stopping iron supplements.

My mother is a hemochromotosis, if you do not get blood drawn, or this figured out - it is the reason of your death most likely with this genetic disease.

I asked Naturomedica if they could look over my results a second time since I have already spent $600 with them, if they could just look it over for 5 minutes and give me a thumbs up, or a thumbs down... to tell me looks good after the blood draw, or tell me you need to come back in and we need to figure this out. They said they cannot do that, and it would cost ANOTHER $119 for a 15 minute phone call...

I talked to Callie Juetten over the phone. She was harsh, rude, and extremely condoscending about the idea of having a 5 minute phone call or even an email to say you look good, or please come back in.

I was happy to spend another $250 to come back in, if I needed to.. I just wanted to know if it was necessary before booking the appointment. This clinic is not capable of providing that type of service is what she told me.

Is this naturopath clinic actually there to help people with their health? Why was Callie so harsh?

I saw Dr. Free for digestive issues and the Dr. has already improved that for me in a very short time. She also corrected an ear issue that very likely saved me from permanent hearing loss. Highly recommended.

Dr Jill Monster takes the time to get to know you and your circumstances and is a caring and empathetic listener. She has a ton of great experience that gives you a comfort factor in an area of health where it is difficult to get good advice and counsel! The office facility is great and the office staff are helpful and responsive.

I came to Dr. Dart with sore arms to the point I had to stop doing everything. I didn't think acupuncture was for me but Dr. Wada, who I've grown to trust over the years, gave her such high praise. I was in enough pain to try anything once. After two visits I am already able to text this review and hold my phone. Dr. Dart is magical. She is very knowledgeable and has a great bedside manner. I'm enjoying these healing moments with her. She has already well surpassed my hopes for acupuncture to be worth it. I now plan to make Dr. Dart part of my regular self care. I give her an A++ for going the extra mile with her valuable recommendations.

If you're in need of a naturopath I highly recommend Dr. Wada. Dr. Wada has been guiding me along for the last six years. She always has great ideas about what care is best for me. She is so genuine and makes me feel heard. She truly cares. I'm grateful for her guidance.

Also, the office staff are amazingly helpful. They all make coming to NaturoMedica a wonderful experience!

Dr. Monster is the best!! I have spent more than 20 years struggling with health issues that no other Dr. ever listened too. I felt like I was never going to get answers. Jill was so thorough and listened to everything that was concerning me. My first appointment was almost two hours and by the end Dr. Monster was able to give me a tentative diagnosis and followed up with lab work to confirm. After doing treatments for a couple of months I felt better than I could ever remember. I never had this much energy even in my teen years. I dont have health insurance that covers anything and I am telling you this was the best money I ever spent. I have now been symptom free and living a normal life for a year now, one that I never even knew I could have. I am so grateful to have found a Physician who not only knows what she is doing but cares enough to listen!

Because of my noticeable change several friends have now gone to Naturomedica and seen Dr. Monster and other physicians, they are getting the same great care! It has been such a blessing to find healthcare that is really making a change!

The Drs at Naturomedica are an important part of my family's health. Dr Monster diagnoses some issues I was having that my PCP missed and provided relief and better health. Plus she's just a nice person.

Dr Moma, a really smart, intuitive Dr that helped me very much, both physically,emotionally. I can't recommend him enough. I can't imagine finding a better dr. Thank you,

With a name like Dr. Monster, she has to be good.
And boy, is she good. Cannot recommend her enough to family and friends. She really dialed down on my nagging ailments and now I can honestly say this is the best I've felt in years. (Also, can I just say it's pretty cool to tell people, "I see Dr. Monster." LOL)

They don't take insurance, and the insurance repayments for out-of-network services (which they are to all insurances) are very minimal. Expect to pay a lot out of pocket. Especially when they won't give you test results over the phone or via internet/email, but rather insist that you pay for an additional in-person appointment to go over the results.

The IV room is very cramped and has no privacy from other patients also getting IVs.

Edit to add that I am a (now) former patient, having just received a creepy "compliment" from someone saying they have "reported" my review to the clinic admin. If the owner of this clinic (or its staff) is sharing private patient information, they have even bigger problems.
