I am in the process of refinancing with this mortgage company, Nationwide, via the Heroes Program, and they are fabulous!!! Ian Pititto is exceptionally personable, communicative and patient with all my questions. And he will text me (the easiest & quickest way for me to communicate as I am a teacher with kids 10 hours a day). Compared to other mortgage brokers I've received quotes from they have not only offered me the lowest monthly payments, but also the least amount added to my loan, saving me SO much. And the only out of pocket cost will be the appraisal. I am thrilled with what they have to offer. They are my heroes.

I was working with Paul Balla. He helped me with home refinance and was able to close in one month! That's very fast since most mortgages take at least 60 days now days due to low interest rates. I was happy the way Paul handled my loan from day one. I can honestly say that he was the best loan officer I had a pleasure to work with out of all 6 homes I bought in the past. He always answered my calls and emails which was huge for me since I travel a lot for business to different time zones. Paul is also very knowledgeable and takes time to explain issues at hand.
