When I had to move across the country for work I was left having to rent out my home in Florida for much less than my monthly payments. I contacted Nathan Bangs prior to my move and he spent a great deal of his personal time to ensure that I was well informed on all of my options. What I owed on the home was greater than the market value and after some time I had to make the very tough decision to Short Sale the property. Nathan and his team were wonderful to work with. Going through this process is very slow and stressful. I was kept up to date throughout the entire home sale. Any question I had was immediately answered. I cannot express enough how much stress was alleviated by quick responses I received from Nathan and his associates anytime I had a question or concern. They were very proactive in all aspects of the sale and always kept me in the loop on all the transactions happening behind the scenes. As I stated before the process was very slow moving. This was all explained to me prior to making the decision to go through the Short Sale. I have personally recommended Nathan to others already and will continue to do so.
