This old skool strip mall Italian spot is an easy solid four or more. It's getting harder and harder to find family run places like this anymore. Affordable. Good. Warm, doting hospitality. We came on the recommendation of a friend, and I'm so very glad we did. Absolutely Loved the Perona stuffed sub. Reminds me of the kinds of sandwiches I found dotted throughout small places in Michigan. You don't see them around here, that's for sure and well worth the trip in just for that. Delicious.
Everyone else was also happy with their food. Chicken parm, small pizza, and garlic knots were all very good.
Happy, happy, happy!Helpful 21Thanks 4Love this 14Oh no 0 - Lisa Ann H.Winter Springs, FL052Oct 4, 2023
Great Italian! Pizza is the best. Can reheat later and it's even better. Subs are the best. Especially the meatball sub. :)

I'm really sorry I discovered this place after not being here for many years. Now I can't get enough of this, please, and every time I make it to the Orlando area, I must visit this place. Tonight was a pepperoni pizza, garlic knots, and fried zucchini. Everything was delicious, zucchini hot and crunchy, the garlic knots filled with garlic and cooked perfectly, and the pizza with its oozing cheese along with its crunchy crust topped off with a spicy pepperoni was to die for
Social distancing just followed although I did a takeout tonight and visited a friend I haven't seen in many years.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Aug 11, 2020Previous reviewIt has been a long time since I had a good pizza, and I had to go to Central Florida to get it. On the menu tonight was a pepperoni pizza cooked well done they came out of the oven piping hot, cheese losing, with the crusty bottom soft top and an excellent tasting crunchy crust. If I had to describe the pizza in one word, I would say outstanding.
Next on the menu was a veal Parmesan sub. The sauce will have a sweet taste; the cheese was perfectly melted come in the Veal was cooked to perfection. When I took a bite out of the vehicle sandwich, there were multiple layers of crunch and the looseness of the cheese
We had garlic knots, which were 1/4 of the size of other garlic knots that we've had, but this was also very good. It's not as good as the ones that I'm used to in South Florida, but it's very much acceptable.
Mama had a chicken frandsche, which was lacking a little seasoning to her taste, but she did say that it was excellent. All in all, we will both be coming back. The spaghetti, unfortunately, suffered an early demise as we couldn't eat it
They were half heartedly following social distancing measures but nothing to complain about. I highly recommend this place - Scott M.Lake Mary, FL01Jun 9, 2023
Went there for dinner today around 5. Ordered the fried zucchini and chicken parm dinner. The marinara way by far the worst I've ever had completely lacking any flavor. After I read reviews I gave it a chance. Will never come back here again. And at the end of our meal the waitress told us the cook was not Italian I guess that explains everything .

Great chicken alfredo. Service was slow with only one waitress. Prices were reasonable. Will definitely go back
