Angie is by far the best nail tech I've been to in Vegas. She does exactly what you want and makes it look natural. She is very clean, detail oriented and has great customer service skills. I'm thankful I found her.

Fair Warning: Just don't come here at all
Called for an appointment at 3pm and they confirmed even sent a deposit through venmo, not a big deal. They call me at 1:30 asking if I could go in earlier but I told them I won't be able to because I live on the north side then drop kids by centennial hills then drive there that alone will take over an hour. They said it's ok, not a problem. I get there they said they had a "glitch" in the system so they already had someone booked at the same time and I had to wait longer. So I said it happens and I completely understand and just rescheduled in 2 weeks. I mean they could've told me this over the phone so I didn't have to drive but I was trying to be understanding.
Come 2 weeks, I go in just to find out according to the hair dresser that the whole nail staff was gone and on vacation! Wtf?!?! Really? I text the Teddy guy that had set my appointment and said "they had an emergency" He had the audacity to lie to me! He "apologized" but that was it and probably did not mean that at all. I wasn't going to make this a big deal but apparently they've been doing this to other people and that's just BS!! Just please shut down and give the business to others who will actually take care of their clients/customers! I can't believe what just happened. I started to go to this salon about a year ago when I was new to Vegas and discovered a Groupon for the salon. I called and made an appointment and went and was happy with the service. I haven't been for a few months because of COVID. I was scrolling through Groupon and saw that I could purchase another Groupon every 120 days for the salon so I bought two. One for me and one to give away as a Christmas gift. I just went in for my appointment, it was almost 45 minutes late as usual and while I was waiting I was listening to the owner, Angie, trash politicians to another client. Now I may agree with some of the things she was saying but I don't think any customer should have to listen to that type of talk while they're waiting for a service. I was sat for my manicure and I told Kanani, the nail tech that I had a Groupon. She said, "we don't honor those". I said "what do you mean?" She said "we ask that you get a refund from Groupon and pay us directly." I told her I couldn't do that because they don't give refunds only credits and I didn't bring cash to pay her and that I budget every dollar of my paycheck so I didn't have the extra cash to spend again. Angie, the owner said "we don't honor those and you're a repeat customer, this isn't your first time here". I said, " I haven't been here for months and the fine print says I can purchase every 120 days". She said, "those are Groupons rules and we make our own rules". She said "I've told you that before". I said, "no you haven't, I haven't bought a Groupon for here since the first time I came at least a year ago and regardless it's false advertising if you aren't going to honor your offer on Groupon and a bad business practice". I remained calm mainly because I was in shock that she was refusing to honor the Groupon even after I told her I didn't bring extra money to spend. I had gathered my purse, and was getting ready to leave and then she said, "If you don't like it Michelle you can get out!!", in a rude tone of voice. Kanani, the nail tech was apologizing, she's always been nothing but friendly, Angie did absolutely nothing to try to accommodate or help the situation. I couldn't believe the way she was talking to me while she was working on another client. It was disrespectful and shocking. I'm disappointed in the treatment I received and will not be returning. I wish Kanani the best and hope they (the nail salon owners) stop advertising on Groupon so this doesn't happen to someone else.
*Edit: Read the negative reviews below, they do this regularly. Seems like they are using Groupon for advertising and never honoring the Groupon for their customers. It's a scam. Kanani should get a job somewhere respectable. She's the best part of this establishment.
2nd edit: Owner texted me cussing at me, calling me names, harassing me, commenting on my age and finances because I told her I budget every dollar of my paycheck. Really? This is how she runs her business and treats her clients? Read the reviews, I'm not the first, the second, the third or even the fourth person complaining about this type of treatment. Also read how she responds to complaints.
3rd edit: Owner, Angie texted me at 11:30 pm last night, almost a week after the incident and after she read this Yelp review. She started calling me names again, harassing me, calling me a trashy pathetic liar because I wrote what actually happened in my review. I responded this morning and asked that she please stop. She kept on, I'm ignoring it now and calling the Better Business Bureau on Monday. Unbelievable. If I could I would give a negative. They are using deceptive and false advertising on Groupon and do not honor the Groupon. I have had my nails done here before and they are not worth the price and they do a really horrible job.
Run as fast as you can. Deceptive, Rude and obviously do not need business. My nails look great and I would not hesitate to recommend Vanna to anyone looking for a quality mani-pedi. This is not a large place and very nice to not feel like you are just a number in one of the larger salons.
The pedicure also included callous remover and salt scrub at no extra charge.

I have to preface this by saying I've never ever had a professional manicure or pedicure before. (Yes I am a big pleb.) So I don't really have anything to compare it to. But I do know what good service is and how I felt during the appointment.
Honestly I was a little hesitant given the reviews/comment war on Yelp. I came about 10 min earlier than my appointment and was seated right away (perks of a 9am appt). They have a decent color selection and glitters are free! Ally took care of me today and made me feel relaxed. (Because it was my first time getting my nails done, I was nervous LOL.) I liked that Ally and Angela and Brianna were joking with each other--it was a fun environment to be in.
The massage chair for the pedicure. Oh my goodness. I want one for my home. Be sure to take advantage of it during your pedi.

I absolutely LOVE my nails after going to this salon! Thank you so much for making my nails look healthy and beautiful, and for helping me have a relaxing Sunday. The staff are friendly and funny, and were very accommodating. I'll definitely be returning and may even try to upgrade myself to be a regular client!

Had my 3rd mani/pedi here today, delighted with the results again.
My last gel manicure here lasted 3 weeks and was still perfect, apart from where my nails had grown so there was a gap (obviously!)

I had an appointment today that I made a month ago and they canceled it at the last minute, then when I went in for my appointment with Angie she was doing someone else's nails. Totally blew me off, even with an appointment. Angie was very rude and unprofessional, don't waste your time going here. Unreal how unprofessional she is.

Wow, the response from the owner is very shocking. This place lacks customer service. If someone doesn't reply to a confirmation within a few minutes they freak out & give away the spot. They also only told me that I could pay online AFTER saying "we can only take cash" & they waited till the day of my appointment to tell me. I also don't appreciate being called a liar & think that is very childish of a grown man lol

You are such a liar. You are the one who’s rude to us. We sent you a confirmation text regarding your appointment and you never responded. When we sent you another text message to inform you that we won’t be able to accept card payments that day due to our merchant processing machine is being upgraded this is your response “No, Card Only”. Then you followed it by another text saying. “I will find another salon.”. Okay! We completely understand that! Now we had people calling and wanting to book so we filled in your spot. An hour later you texted and ask; Do you have a 3:00 PM available today? Wow! Your crazy and we don’t need crazy clients like you. I have never dealt with such a rude salon over text. I was excited to try this place out but definitely not anymore. I was even telling my friends how great this place seemed but now they won't be going here either.
