Nails At Conifer

They are all very nice people. I got my nails done & eyebrows last minute and they were able to accommodate me. I was in and out very fast, and they did an awesome job. I will be coming here again :)

Absolutely horrible. Been going on and off for 2 years in hopes it gets better.
They are impossible to understand and pressure you (2 ladies yelling at me about what upgrades I needed) to keep spending even more money. Pedi chair broken and cold water flooded so process cut short but charged an extra $5 to taking off the "gel" polish from my past "gel pedi" but I did the polish
myself. Did the mani while in the pedi chair so it was awkward with equipment. I'm an easy going person but was so stressed over the whole experience and could not wait to get out of there.
One star cuz they showed up.

Honestly, I would rather go down the hill, but because I'm on a time crunch, this is my go-to place. They are a bit aggressive when asking what color you want. I like to take my time & pick a color I won't hate, but they ask numerous times as you are trying to decide, which makes the customer feel rushed. I did get my eyebrows waxed & it was $15. By the time they were done, they shut the lights on me & walked out. I thought that was very rude. They do a nice job on your nails, but the customer service could be better.

Marginal at best. The lady who did my pedicure massaged like a second grader and the guy doing my manicure massage was terrible. 130.00 total which I wont be going back

Awesome pedis and good chairs. Mani was good too. Same prices as down the hill. Would recommend.

Sadly, no. Live in the area and want to support. But after a few experiences, have to pass on another. Hasty, in a rush, cuticle cutting (ouch) and really aggressive with the color. Twice the tech asked me if I liked the color after one coat on a pinky finger. One coat looks nothing like two coats (or three), and each time she removed the color because I didn't "like" the color. That's not exactly the case. I didn't like the color with only one coat, as it looked nothing like the painted nail display. The tech was, in my opinion, rude - not to mention rushed. I ended up leaving because when she took the color off and had me pick another color she went to go assist another customer and then I sat there for longer (after they were 20 minutes late taking for my scheduled appointment). Last time ended up with paint all over my skin; although the end result was ok, I was worried the whole time that it wasn't going well. Wish I could give a better review & wish we had better options in the area.

Ouch. I wanted to support a local business, but unfortunately won't return. I took my mom, who was visiting, and we both got a manicure. Both of us have multiple cuts on our cuticles, and a day later many of our fingers are still swollen, red and bruised feeling. Our nails look nice, but not worth it.

Wanting to support the community but won't be able to in this case. Sad because there isn't many options up here. I really wanted to like this place.
Pros: local, greeted right away and no wait. Quality of service provided by pedicure technician was good and she was polite.
Cons: no listed price, higher end price $85 rushed gel basic mani/pedi, mani tech seemed annoyed that I asked for a price and choose gel as my only upgrade. Here's the unacceptable part...she pulled her tools from her apron pocket, unpackaged. Who knows where they'd been. Unfortunately she broke my skin with cuticle clippers. When I flinched she stopped, looked and then just carried on without any comment. I still tipped 15%, not my usual 20 for the above reasons and she just made notes on my receipt and walked away. No bye, no thanks, no flip you, nada.

If anyone knows someone who does nail services out of their home up here please message me! Meanwhile I'll be taking my money down the hill.

Honestly not sure how this place is still in business. Haven't been here in over 4 years because it was bad, but decided to give it a try again. Nothing has changed. Will not return. Mail technician butchered my toenails.

Being new to this area I have been trying to find a nail salon that I would be happy at. The first one did not meet my expectations, but Nails by Conifer did. I had a manicure and a pedicure. My feet not only look good but feel wonderful. I use powder for manicures and was happy to find that they are quite knowledgeable in the technique.
Stacy was delightful to work with. I have already made my next appointment.

Joined my daughter, her best friend and her mother today for manicures. The place was pleasant, clean, comfortable. We all got gel polish and were so pleased with the end results. They do a beautiful job and are extremely nice!
