Nail Lounge

Second time coming here! I still love them. I got these done to match with my two halloween costumes.

One of the black nails (done with gel) did not cure fully, which is totally normal due to the pigment. I only noticed a couple days later and was able to run by the place to get it re-painted. I don't blame this on them, as it is impossible to notice until it breaks the surface.

Also, the whole set only took 50 minutes! I won't go anywhere else. Totally recommend based on speed, quality, and customer service.

Came here after stopping at 2 other salons that couldn't take me as a walk-in. I was prepared to be turned away yet again but nope! Yaaaay! They said they could take me, and I was picking my color and in a chair soon after.

Angel did my dip manicure, and I hate that I can't remember the name of the person who did my pedicure because they both did an excellent job! I was pleased and I would recommend them. They also respected my wishes to push my cuticles back only and not cut. Thanks ladies!

The only think I don't like about this salon is that it's more like a Walmart than a Target if ya know what I mean. I didn't really feel relaxed and since there's many chairs and technicians, there were also many people. I prefer a quieter more intimate setting. But shoot, they were so good that I might just have to book an appointment on a day off during a time when there is less traffic.

I came on a Sunday evening before many schools started. We were all in a crunch! Really appreciate them taking me. It's hard to find a place that does both my hands and feet well. So I may be back just for that reason!

Okay so originally I gave this place 5 stars! They looks so pretty at first and I loved them and the technicians that did my nails were very nice! However they don't last long and I been noticing that and been just thinking maybe it's me but I have gotten my nails done for a year before coming to this shop and didn't have this problem. So I'm not sure if it's the products or what it is but I will have to part ways with this nail shop.

I came here because the last salon I went to rushed me and did a mediocre job (and kept burning me with the electric tools). I was very sad.

But then I came here and went to go see Loc and oh my goodness! He did a fantastic job! I came for ombré pink and white dip powder and I left so satisfied! He took his time even though they were busy and he was very gentle. I would highly recommend Loc for services!

Terrible experience.  A girlfriend and I arrived together.  I came for a pedi and she for a gel manicure.  They immediately took us to chairs and had my girl start the soaking process.  Fast forward one and half hours and no one approached my girl to offer a drink or ask her to stop soaking her (wrinkled) hand.  I called the manager over and he offered the two ladies (who had arrived within the last 20 mins) drinks.  However, it became painfully obvious the terrible customer service when a nail tech began servicing one of the ladies, that recently arrived,  and the customer stopped her and asked that she (the tech) assist my friend.  This was a terrible experience and I would not recommend this business.  Although my pedi experience was good the terrible customer service I observed with my friend has solidified my decision to never patronize this establishment.

Liam always does an amazing job and is so sweet. Ask for him and you won't regret it!

The place I was going to go to get my nails done was closed. Although it said open today. Idk. Searched up another nail shop nearby and found this one. They sat me quick with some one. One and a half hour tops I was in there. Definitely coming to this place again

I LOVEEEE this place. Jenny got me in & out in an HOUR. Soak off, dip with tips, two designs, in an HOUR!!! Such amazing and professional staff. Definitely worth the drive! I initially wrote this review under the wrong Nail Lounge but I had to redo it so you guys can see!

After a long day at work I decided to relax and start off my weekend by coming to get myself nails done. Little did I know instead I'd be in tears, with a real nail ripped off,and bleeding.

Soaking off full sets instead of ripping off clients nails should be the standard.

I arrived at nail lounge and asked for a removal and a full set of clear chrome nails. The technician started sticking nail tips under my current set to remove my old nails, I asked politely for a soak off because what he was doing was hurting me. He persisted to do it his way & ended up ripping off one of my real nails and I started bleeding. All I got was a simple I'm sorry. They didn't offer to make up for it or anything. Oh and it's not like the entire staff didn't hear me, when he ripped me nail I literally screamed & the entire salon turned to face me. No manager came to check on me & neither did other staff. I left worse than I came in. That old technique of removing nails by sliding a fake nail underneath is outdated & shouldn't even be done anymore. This was the worst nail service I've ever gotten my whole life.

Great service!  We walked in and sat to get our pedicures in just a couple of minutes.  The service was nice, quick, and our nails looked great.  They gave me a pair of disposable flip flops too as my shoes were closed toed.  Recommend for sure.
