Update.

Well the service done on my Mac was amazing and was fixed promptly within 2 days.  The customer service by this husband and wife team is amazing!!! I highly recommend them and will be back when my Mac's need servicing.

Jeff is absolutely amazing. Flexible and was able to fix my 2013 Mac (screen went black, wouldn't turn on) within a day because he knew how much I needed it for school. Much better price than the Apple Store, Quick service and a 6 month warranty!

This business is by appointment only, which is okay. A same day appointment was made over the phone and Jeff was on time meeting me. My old Mac was in need of a software repair and an operating systems upgrade.  Jeff quickly diagnosed the software problem, upgraded the memory and installed the new operating system.  My Mac was back up and running in a couple of days. Highly recommend Jeff if your Mac needs repair.

I really liked this place! I went in to take my computer from a water damage and in two hours I get a call that it was done! Absolutely a great place to go get your laptops fixed! Good prices too since they are just flat rate! The owners were such great people, very great experience coming here I would totally recommend this place to anyone looking for a computer repair shop!

After my son spilled a full glass of liquid on my mid 2012 macbook pro I was pretty sure there wasn't much hope. Taking it to the Apple Store didn't help (sure they could fix it for more than double what My Green Mac Repair charged). It was so worth it for me to send my computer clear across the country. The folks at My Green Mac Repair  fixed it for a fair flat rate price and got it shipped back to me quickly and efficiently. The longest part of the process was the shipping back and forth. Couldn't be happier with this great service - my only regret is that they are so far away from me.

Amazing service. I spilled coffee on my beloved little 4 year-old 11 inch macbook air (no longer made), some keys wouldn't work and finally it wouldn't boot. Apple wanted to charge me over $700 to fix, some local guys said it wasn't worth fixing, and a refurbished one would have cost me around $700-$900 from Apple. Sent it to these folks and within one week it was fixed. Just got it back. So nice on the phone, great service, great for the planet. Much cheaper than buying new and I had no need for a different model. Guaranteed for 6 months. Can"t get better than that.

This team is great. They serviced my MBP Retina when I accidentally spilled espresso onto it. They repaired my unit over 6 months ago and it is still working perfectly. All I can say is "Thank you so very much!"

They are incredible! My iMac got a corrupt  hard drive and thought I lost everything! (Work documents, family pics, etc.) I was extremely nervous to take it to a "geek guys" who would just charge me only to put in a hard drive and tell me they couldn't recover the data making it a quick fix just to get my money.

Then I found these guys on Yelp. Their positive reviews are all true. They are a family owned and operated business and took the time to not only repair but they recovered all my data from the old hard drive. On top of recovering the data, they also installed a new 1T hard drive, upgraded my memory and the operating system. This all for $300. That's less than what the "geek guys" charge to look at the computer and throw in a new hard drive.

I wouldn't hesitate to bring any of my computers in again. They are trust worthy, extremely friendly and very knowledgable.

My Macbook Air had water spilled onto the keyboard while it was on. After quickly turning it off and letting it dry out, it continued to work for another 2 weeks before biting the dust. I initially took it to the Genius Bar where I was quoted $775 to repair the logic board which is excessive since you can buy a new one for $999. After a quick search on the web, I contacted My Green Mac Repair and paid the flat rate fee to fix the water damage and within an hour I received a UPS Shipping label via e-mail. I shipped off the laptop and in only a day and a half after they received it Tracey emailed me and said it was all fixed and ready to go. They shipped it back promptly and all is working great! Tracey and the team at My Green Mac Repair are awesome! Hopefully I will never have to use them again, but if anything gets spilled on my laptop in the future, they are my first call. I'm telling all my friends about them. These guys are great!

I am ecstatic to have my MacBook Pro back and running as good as (maybe even better than) new. My Green Mac Repair fixed all of its problems (keyboard & port issues) and turned it around in record time. Even with shipping from and to Hawaii (and the Thanksgiving holiday in between!) I still got it back less than 10 days after sending it. The quality of the work is excellent, the price is more than fair and the customer service from Jeff & Tracey is superb, professional and friendly. I am a very happy customer.

This is the place to go if you need to get your Mac repaired. Pay attention to fact that bad reviews are for place called Laptop Rescue, previous owners. My Ms. Mac suddenly developed insanity and started opening up website after website without me touching the touchpad. I had lost control, she was doing whatever she wanted. I took her in to My Green Mac Repair and was told it was the logic board messed up from a root beer spill. I thought I had avoided the bad karma of a spill since this had happened a year earlier.  Turns out the ingredients of the root beer had been eating away at the innards of my unsuspecting Ms. Mac since that beer bath. Jeff the owner worked on her and 3 days later Ms. Mac and I were reunited, me with a 6 months guarantee for my broken logic board and her with a new speed and coolness.
      Then the twist happened a week later when suddenly a screen pops up and Ms. Mac screams at me that she has no memory and her screen is festooned with the dreaded spinning wheel of death. Took her back in and after a couple days Jeff says it is a software problem and he can wipe her memory or teach me a way around it. I went back in later to get Ms. Mac and try the steps around this problem. This is where Jeff went the extra mile, he had analyzed her latest insanity and figured what was causing her to lose her mind and then fixed it for me on the spot for no extra charge and also showed me a couple of things to do to handle her.
     Considering the prices I was quoted from other Apple fixers with no guarantee I feel blessed to have found My Green Mac Repair and the owners are so pleasant. At no time did I feel like they were talking down to me or treating me like I knew almost nothing about computers (which I don't). If you need Mac repair go here.

My Green Mac Repair is the best place to take any apple Macbook product for repairs. Jeff and his wife were comfortable to talk to and trust them with my computer. The price they quoted me was excellent and not overpriced like Apple. They fixed my Macbook pro less than 24 hours and I was amazed.

Top-notch, fast and friendly service.

My wife spilled coffee on her nearly-new MacBook Pro 15-inch Retina and was surprised that it continued to work.

Until it didn't, several months after the spill.

Of course liquid damage isn't covered by our expensive extended warranty and Apple quoted her a minimum $1200 for the repair.  The Apple technician suggested she might be better off buying a new MacBook (how do you like that?!!!).

In desperation, I Googled Apple repairs and up popped My Green Mac.  I drove the laptop over to Fairfield and Jeff and Tracey dropped what they were doing to show me the steps they would take to restore the machine.

Two days later it was ready for pickup, total cost $475.  Thanks for nothing, Apple!

My Green Mac Repair is an excellent place for repairs on Mac computers. I have a MacBook Pro Retina 13''. I broke the screen and needed a replacement. I came into the shop and Jeff, the owner, offered to locate a new screen and call me with a quote.

He got back to me within 30 minutes with 2 options for a screen replacement. One with a shorter time frame at a higher cost. He called to let me know when the part came in and was very flexible about when I could bring it in for repair.

Once I brought it in, he had it fully repaired within an hour. The whole process was very easy and relaxed. I got a great price for the screen and my computer looks great!

After an unfortunate event involving a beer and my 2011 MacBook Pro, I went to My Green Mac Repair for liquid damage. They quoted me a flat rate for the fix and said it could take up to 3-5 days. Well, less than 24 hours later, I got the call from Jeff and Tracy saying that my MacBook was fixed and ready for pickup!

After doing my research to compare prices and time, I could have spent upwards of $800 for the fix and it could have taken weeks to get my laptop back.  At My Green Mac Repair, I spent $375 for the flat rate (which included a 6-month warranty) and got my MacBook back in under 24 hours.

I highly recommend this company if your Mac needs repair.  My logic board went bad after only 3 years of owning my Mac and I was so upset to hear from Apple i had to pay almost $800 to repair it.  After finding this company online i decided to give them a try.  Now, I live in Miami so i was apprehensive about sending my Mac to some unknown place.  I researched the company thoroughly and I mean thoroughly and after speaking to the owners i was at ease.  They were so pleasant and professional.  They communicated with me through the whole process and i got my MAC back quick and working effortlessly.  Best part I paid half of what apple wanted.  Don't look further than this business to fix your Mac.

My husband's laptop had stopped functioning after some spilled coffee seeped in through the back, and after reading about how much the Apple store would charge and how set they would be on selling us a new laptop, he decided to try My Green Mac Repair. The couple that runs it are incredibly sweet and helpful, and they were able to fix it and return it to us the same day for $475! Really grateful for this shop and glad to know we have somewhere to bring our Mac products when they're not working!

The screen on my Macbook works again thanks to their great service. Would highly recommend. WAY CHEAPER than having apple make the repair for me.
