I was in a bind, Music City AV helped me out and got me in the right direction to getting my house fixed up. It's refreshing to work with someone who genuinely wants to help. If you need help with anything AV give these guys a call!

if you want a job done right then Kris of Music City Audio and Video is the business to call. I was very lucky to have had my realtor refer him to us. He was great in all the work he did the first time and second and third. He is honest, consistent, professional and if I have any questions he makes himself available to answer them. If he can't help he will refer you to the right place.

Update- wow this guy is unbelievable. He responded by trying to pretend that:
A) he was cleaning up someone else's work - lie he installed it, admitted as much in our phone call
B) I called him just once made an unreasonable service request- I called him in June, September, November and 3 times in December. I left 6 messages over the course of 2021, not a single response. Then he called me today to threaten to fight me over my review- amazing how I get a call and texts back all of a sudden when I leave a bad review. Where was that call when I'd left all those messages? An apology might have had me soften my review but a "sorry you were offended" fake apology you can keep. Give me a break telling me about Covid. We ALL went through Covid Kris, and most of us did it with some grace and possibly a plan. You've displayed NEITHER. I managed to run 3 businesses through Covid and (gasp!) by just returning phone calls and staying on top of my workload and employee situations, I was able to steer the ship through without anyone mad because of 6 unanswered messages. If you don't like the number google displays for you, CHANGE IT. Stop whining and actually do what grown ups do - accept responsibility and get better, stop blaming your failures on "bad customers". I'm such a bad customer that I gave you 6 months to respond and come out. Such a bad customer that I left you 6 messages and only left a review after I actually got you on the phone and then you ignored me AGAIN. "Oh maybe you left a message at the office" so you don't answer office messages?!? What kind of business is this? Ridiculous

We were blessed to have Found Kris on Yelp. We invested in a rental property in East Nashville and wanted the living room have a home theatre sound experience (5.1) all in-wall ceiling speakers with Martin Logan's throughout the house including the master bathroom, patio, bonus room and two other bedrooms hooked up OMG!!! Love it!!!!!!!!

Don't look anywhere else this master of A/V-Kris knows everything about A/V. I live in Silicon Valley in California and I never had to make a phone call to make sure he was doing his job. He kept me posted on each step of his installation. Our general contractor and Realtor raved about him and his top-tier work-I'd like to call it his gift. Honestly-I only trusted Kris and our Realtor with our new construction build. That says a lot!!!!! Thank u Kris!! You never gave me a headache:))

Don't look anywhere else-Kris is the best and as an investor and small business owner -you never want anything less. In fact, I told my Property Manager to only contact Kris if the tenants ever need anything to do with A/V at the property.

Kris is super talented and product knowledgeable-but most importantly trustworthy, professional, and I only hope to meet him one day in Nashville!!!!!!

Cannot stay enough good things about these folks. Kris installed a TV and soundbar for me and he was as OCD as I am! Everything was done very meticulously and the end result is fantastic. The mount was installed flush with cables fished behind the wall, including the soundbar for a totally clean look. He had great recommendations for how to manage everything easily and neatly and the whole setup looks great! Had some great ideas for maximizing performance from streaming services as well. He checked the leveling until it was perfect and there is not a single fingerprint smudge on anything. Super friendly guy as well - Would highly recommend this group and will be using him for all of my A/V needs going forward.

Kris did an awesome job and cleaned up as installed my new tv and got rid of the old monster hanging on the wall. I would recommend to all Yelpers to hire and continue to use this company. I will be using Kris to do more installations of tv in the rest of home. Kris was extremely knowledgeable and set me up for success when the Direct TV installer gets here in 2 days. If you want to be able to feel that a project you have in your home will be done correctly this is your spot!

Pricing for the TVs was on target and they were able to complete the professional job in short order.

He is a man of honesty and integrity and cares more about making you happy then anything else. I highly recommend going with Music City AV and I will be sure to call them again for any other future projects I might have.

I contacted Kris on 1/19/22 to mount a 65 inch TV for my mom. He provided a quality mount, unpacked the new TV, as well as moving the previous TV to an upstairs room for her and hooking everything up to that TV as well at no extra charge. He also was sweet enough to connect a WiFi ex pander for her that improved he WiFi net work. My mom said he was a "really nice man" and cleaned up after the job was done. I was a little worried about not being able to be there with her for this process as she has been "taken for granted before" by others hired to do a job. Kris from the bottom of my heart.... THANK YOU! You made an older lady very happy and restored a bit of my faith in humanity. If I ever need to have any type of work done you will be the first call I make. I highly recommend this service to anyone looking to install, or upgrade their entertainment systems. He was personable on the phone, knowledgeable and very respectful of my mom. He charged a very reasonable rate as well. Thanks again Kris!

$480 bid just to hang a tilt mount 60" tv? that's ridiculous overpriced service for a 20/30 min job. Rip off
