Michael once again did a great job tuning my piano. I'm playing a recital tomorrow and Michael was able to fit me into his schedule, coming all the way over to Yountville for a special visit. He has tuned my Steinway since I moved to the Bay Area in 2002. He has tuned my piano over twenty times.

Had a good experience with Michael Musial. He is a pleasant and knowledgeable professional. He charged a reasonable fee for his service and gave me a lot of information about my old piano along with tips on how to take good care of it. I highly recommend him.

I had picked up my first piano recently, used but decently kept, and Michael was kind enough to come down from Vacaville to Vallejo and examine it and tune it for me at what seemed to me to be a very reasonable cost. Very pleasant conversation both before and afterwards. I hadn't played piano in years, but sat down at the instrument after evening fell and was really inspired by all the sonorous interplay between the strings as I held down the sustain pedal and played all the notes that crossed my mind. Exactly what I had been hoping for. It's a good tuning and he was very professional, attentive, and communicative. I would recommend to others in the north bay to check with him if you are looking for piano service.

Best tuner around! Made my hand-me-down piano sing despite it falling on hard times and neglect from its previous owners. I feel comfortable practicing on it and using it to give my daughter some lessons for a few years.

Michael is WONDERFUL. Very professional. Cleaned and fixed up our second hand piano beautifully. He was honest and upfront about the current condition and was clear about warning us that because our piano had been neglected for years (by a previous owner) a string may snap as he proceeded to tune it up. Miraculously, he managed to fix the piano without the string snapping and got it back to perfect pitch! My husband's words were "that man is a genius."

Micheal was wonderful he was referred to us by local people he is very honest and shares his professional opinion on the piano and recommends what he thinks is best for your piano. Michael was AMAZING. He was in and out in less than an hour and a half and his price was fantastic. He has been doing this for over 40 years so he's definitely an expert in his field.
