Muscle Man Subs

All though the food is ok you are better off just going to your local corner store. Yes they are a catering company. But if your ordering for one or 2 people at most 5 just across the street from your house instead of paying $12 for a regular hero a $.25 bag of chips an $1.25 can of soda. which really cost you $7 total on any regular day. Not to mention their delivery minimum is $20 plus a $5 delivery fee. So yeah stick to your regular deli. Don't waste your time and money paying for stuff you don't even want. There isn't anything special going on at this store.

I knew the address looked familiar but the menu was appealing so I placed an order. About 30 minutes later I got a call telling me they were basically out of everything I ordered. I simply cancelled the order. Later I realized the address was of Catfish Cafe/Seafood Delight /Muscle Man Subs/Philly Mobile Burger. So apparently to either gain clientele or escape the bad reputation Catfish Cafe has in the neighborhood , they are operating under multiple names with the same horrible business. Honestly I think the store is just a front for something else but I learned my lesson and will stay far away and I think you should too!

Ordered take out thru Grubhub, and I got two subs. I immediately got a call from place saying they had no hero bread, which I thought was odd being that it was a "Sub" shop. So I ordered the sandwich on rolls instead. The woman who called me never even said hello when she first called, it was something like, Yeah, you placed and order and we have no hero bread. When I told her I would take it on a roll she said ok and then hung up the phone on me rather rudely. I mean, the restaurant is inconveniencing me, which I know isn't a big deal but they could have been a bit apologetic, or at least a hello and a goodbye.

The rolls were on the small side and for $12 I really felt I overpaid for the sandwiches. Plus I ordered their signature sandwiches. Both of them were supposed to have pesto sauce and there was certainly not even a hint of pesto on either.

The sandwiches were really puny and expensive. The one positive thing I have to say is the driver was extremely nice and courteous once he got to my house and he called me when he was on the way to let me know he was coming.

I am writing this review primarily because there were no reviews on Grubhub and I decided to take a chance. I don't want anyone else to get a bad and unsatisfying meal by a fairly ungrateful business.

I would give them zero stars if I could! This place needs to be shut down! I ordered from them and three...four...five hours later, Still no food! I kept calling and no one would answer the phone. I dont know how the food is because I never received it but I was definatly charged. I tried calling back today, and once again, no response. Never order from here!

DO NOT ORDER, i would give zero stars if i could. I placed my order at 1pm they called me back at 1:40 asking me if i still wanted my food. I said of course. 2:30 pm and nothing 3pm and still no food. I called 6 times and nobody answered my calls. I even took the drive to the location and it looked like and empty lot. I am an understand person so i wanted to figure out what happened. I never been so dissapointed in my life when it came to customer service. I was left starving and thank god for grub hub's good customer service i was able to get my money back and order from a deli that was across the street. I repeat DO NOT ORDER !
