Murrayhill Woods Condo

The parking at these condos is terrible, so much so that people have guests park wherever they want and constantly block people in. The new property owners don't seem to care about tenants. These condos are also super noisy along Murray. I'd rent/buy somewhere a little nicer.

The property management is extremely unprofessional and rude. Do not decide to buy/rent here unless you want to put up with the headaches.

Lived her for 4 months now and have never had any big issues. Units are nice and simply designed. Pool is sometimes crowded with noisy kids I think that's somewhat expected. Staff seems to always be available and are helpful. Parking isn't bad since we are on sapphire lane which gives us a few more choices. Overall we are happy with the condo we are in.
