Dr. Fera delivered my son emergently and saved his life. I'll never forget the exceptional nurse and Dr. Fera's life-saving team. He called me a "cucumber" after the delivery as I remained "cool" throughout the process. Thank god for him, his team and the nurse anesthetist.

They never answer the phone. The front end of this office the most poorly run office I have ever seen in my life.
The office staff needs to be retrained or replaced ASAP.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Daniela R.Hallandale Beach, FL13862126Jul 1, 2022
The worst ever costumer le patient - doctor service in South Florida!!! I lost two kids six years ago and after a tubal ligation twelve years ago, I've been in so much pain that is nos even funny. I cannot even walk my dog and the OBGYN Alexandra Okasias but mostly her staff is the worst I have ever encountered in my whole life. Is not really a joke when they tell you that medicine in South Florida is terrible but when you actually experience for yourself. On top of that, she made me wait for two hours only for a Telehealth appointment, and she never showed up! I just got tired of waiting her! Come on, I'm not an animal but a human being. Worst OBGYN bar none.

Just went with my partner to ob/gen department. First they promise they will solve all of our issues and insurance will cover it. Second when any questions arise they don't know the answer to any of it.
Don't do any of natera tests. They are scamming all the people and doctors only promote them because of %. Google for yourself natera lawsuits or natera scam on Reddit.
I'd you still need to do the test call natera first and ask how much it will be. Without insurance(250$) it will be lower than with insurance(up to 20k).
Thanks god other alternatives arise to medical corporations. Do your research as much as possible. Save your money, time and sanityHelpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Brian V.FL, FL01Sep 30, 2022

I donT know why everyone complains and leaves bad reviews. Doctors are all professional and know what they're doing, just because they dont want to sit and chat about all your little complaints and personal problems doesn't make them "not care".
I never waited long and i like that they are quick in and out discrete and straightforward. A medical office doesnt need to be like coffee with your girfriend.
Not giving 5 stars because it would need to be excellent, i think they are good. I have had no issues with them and am about to deliver my baby and have no doubt i will be in good hands.Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Nan F.San Francisco, CA13Apr 6, 2021
I went to Dr. Tanya Gonzalez for the first time last week. I have to say that the experience was better than I ever expected. She is a wonderful, kind hearted, caring doctor. Also, she has a very gentle touch, which is so important in a GYN. If you use my chart, you can text her any questions and I did. She answered immediately. Very impressive. I would recommend her to anyone, especially my daughters. That is saying something big. Thank you Dr. Gonzalez for making me feel comfortable after having the same GYN for 34 years in New York.

I went to Dr. Tanya Gonzales at Mount Sinai Medical Center OB/GYN, an in-network provider through my insurance, United Healthcare. I went to Dr. Gonzalez in January 2019 for a routine yearly wellness exam and pap smear, which is a free service through my insurance plan. She sent a pap smear as well as a vaginal swab for processing through LabCorp. I was not informed during my visit that the testing completed would be sent to an out-of-network lab facility, nor that it would be coded as a non-preventative service. Since I made an appointment for a wellness exam and routine pap smear, and at no point was informed that this would be coded otherwise, I was not able to provide informed consent, and therefore am not responsible for the before mentioned bills. Since this was a preventative screening, and should have been completely covered through my insurance, I called United Healthcare after receiving the bills, and they stated that the pap smear was sent to an out-of-network lab, and had it been sent to an in-network lab, that I would not owe anything. We did a 3-way call with United Healthcare and Florencia in Dr. Gonzales's office to discuss this. Florencia instructed me to send her a copy of my bills via fax so that she could attempt to resolve the issue. I faxed them to her and received confirmation of receipt. I called Florencia to inquire about the status of the bills, and she told me that she submitted a request for review to their LabCorp representative, and that I needed to wait 30-45 business days to hear back. I had received notices that my bills would soon be sent to a collection agency, so I obtained a 30-day bill extension from LabCorp. After waiting 30-45 business days, I called United Healthcare, as well as LabCorp to check on the status of the review, and both representatives stated that nothing had been resubmitted or had changed in any way, and that I still owed the original amount. I called Florencia again, and she again stated that she had sent the request to the LabCorp rep in March, and I that just needed to wait longer. I explained that I needed to resolve the issue ASAP, as my bill was going to collections. She stated that she was not able to get into contact with the LabCorp rep, but she would keep trying. I asked for the contact info for the rep, but Florencia said she could not give it to me. Since this time, I have called Florencia again three more times, and each time have been told that I need to just wait for the LabCorp rep. I did eventually get the name of the rep - Sonia - but not her contact info. I called today and I asked to speak with Dr. Gonzales's office manager, but was told that she was out on medical leave. I called Mount Sinai Medical Center and filed an official complaint with a patient representative. Since I have been attempting to resolve this issue since March and I have no faith that it will be resolved through the current avenues, I also submitted a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau today, June 25, 2019. All that being said, Dr. Gonzalez was very nice and professional, and if it were not for this billing issue, and the fact that her office staff is either unwilling or unable to resolve it, I would keep her as my gynecologist. Unfortunately, I cannot afford to spend this much time and effort fighting with the office every time I go for a wellness exam, and do not want my credit to be affected by unfair medical bills, so I will have to find another provider.

Dr. Moise was Awesome. If you have ever had a bad experience at an Ob office please try her. She makes you feel comfortable, she is able to empathies with her patients and most of all she is knowledgeable. She is the best. I did not care too much for the hospital but the Dr Moise made it a lot easier. God bless you Dr. Moise. During my delivery she sat in the room with me while I had my contractions. We were laughing and had a good old time. She delivered my daughter on the picture to your left and my youngest son, which are going to be my last two children and if I had to do it again which I'm not, I would choose her.

I would agree, bad option. I needed a very simple 5 minute appointment and even had a referral from my OBGYN in the same hospital (but she was on vacation), but they refused my appointment and wanted to meet with me and for me to become their patient instead of take a referral from another doctor and work with others.
I was skeptical to even call this place because of it's bad reviews, and am glad they refused my appointment because now I don't have to try something at a place that seems pretty bad.Helpful 3Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0
