Wonderful service and ambience.

I really been missing NY style deli and someone told me about MSM. I stopped in and got a Reuben deli style and was thrilled! Definitely reminded me of being back in NYC. I'll be back for more.

Lots of options, feels like an east coast deli- walk in, pick everything you want, order, and wait and leave. I might call ahead for future orders because they were very popular, even outside of normal lunch rush time.

The best sandwiches in Tacoma. I always make a point of stopping here whenever I'm in town. It's well worth the wait.

I love the pickles that come with every sandwich. The bread is so tangy and tasty. My favorite is the tuna salad toasted with some cheese. They know how to make a perfect sandwich.

I love finding straightforward shops that do exactly what they say and do it well. MSM had a parking lot which was a relief for me with my kiddo in tow. The menu had quite a few options, and they seemed pretty open to modifications from what I overheard. Service was quick and matter-of-fact and the person I ordered with was also happy to give recommendations to others in my group. I ordered the deli club and really enjoyed it. Bread was soft but not soggy and the flavor was delicious. Also loved the expansive options of chips and soda. It was kind of giving convenience store vibes, which I didn't expect just from hearing people recommend it so much. It feels like the kind of place you make a pit stop at, but wow is it worth it! Our order was ready very quickly and everything was right, even the modifications. I can't wait to get back and try more!

The sandwiches here are legendary in the Tacoma area. I heard about this establishment from a local news story. The service is great and they provide a number of drinks and snacks to add to your meal. There is a fairly large sitting area for customers who want to enjoy their meal at the restaurant. My sandwich was very tasty. I love the many ways you can customize your sandwich. This is now my favorite shoppe.

My husband gives this place 5 stars, I wish I could do 4.5 because my only gripe is the cheese. The location is big, with ample parking. It's basically a bodega so you can get your sandos, plus chips and any drink you can think of, including alcoholic. Girl at the register was nice and informative, and I commend the ladies making the sandwiches. They looked like they were working hard and nonstop. My husband got a gigantic French dip. The bread was different to any we've had and the meat was good quality. He ran out of the au jus because the little container was just that...little. my sandwich was good but I would've preferred a different cheese. American cheese is already plastic anyway but this one literally felt and tasted like plastic. I'll try a different cheese next time!

This has been my go-to spot for so long. I ate here in high school after school or practice. I absolutely love this place! Service is always great and it is exciting to see the inside has opened up again. I get the Deli Club every time, it never lets me down! Every time I am back in Tacoma I have to stop by for a sandwich.

Just thought I'd share a pic of the chicken salad sandwich since I didn't see one when trying to decide if I'd get it. It was good but I'd probably add some pepper & mustard. I called in our order of 4 sandwiches and picked it up about 30 mins later. Glad I ordered ahead because there were about 10 people waiting around 5:30pm. This was my

This was our second time going here. Upon walking in, it gives you that family restaurant vibe and I love it. I'm always craving for a FRESH sub, and I was recommended this place. The first time I got the cold cut, and it was to die for. It's packed with veggies and all. This time I got the Italian sub and I wasn't a huge fan of it. For some reason, the bottom bun was soaked with the banana pepper pickle juice and it was so sour. My man's got the Philly and it was actually really good! I got the chili as well, and omg, It was so good! I wish they gave more. The small sample bowl was not it. The workers here are always so nice and welcoming. I'd definitely be back again! And the size of these sandwiches is crazy!
