I read all the reviews about issues with delivery, so we decided to order a pizza for pick up instead. The pizza was ready on time and it was fine. I used a coupon I found on their website. When I ordered it, they required that I print out the coupon and bring it in when I picked up the pizza. What a waste of paper, especially when the coupon is on their official website. The pizza had an adequate amount of toppings. I would probably ask for the pizza to be cooked a little bit longer next time to avoid a soft crust. I might try the pepperoni only pizza next time because it looks great in the photos.

Called the store to order for pick up today and got put on hold. It's no problem to be on hold for a couple minutes, but I was on hold for over 15 minutes. I Hung up and got the same treatment from the other 2 nearest MM's. I ended up calling back this location and finally got to order. They said 25 min. They didn't ask me what size or offer me any other sides. Had to ask about the prices and sizes. Didn't even ask my name for the order.
The problem I had was the customer service, both over the phone and in store. When I met the cashier inside he seemed more interested in closing up shop then providing me assistance. I added on an order of 6 wings and he was hesitant to say they could get them started for me. He had to ask another worker or manager if it was possible. The other guy said yes. And I thanked him. Paid for my pie and cashier brought it to me with my receipt. Didn't offer plates, napkins, cheese or peppers. But the customer behind me who also had a pick up got offered everything I didn't.. idk if it was because i am a man and the other customer was a woman, but I feel like you should treat all customers with mutual respect.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Business owner information

This place is filthy, the staff is unhelpful and they laugh about it. We are in the lobby, we should have left but didn't realize how filthy the place was prior to ordering. A woman called to order a pizza while I was being helped and the worker had an altercation w the customer in the phone, once she hung up on the customer she told her colleague about the argument and how the customer said "I'll never buy pizza from here again" and they both laughed and said "GOOD!"

Your response to my review is terrible. You didn't apologize or say so sorry for your experience. Do you think I'm going to continue to explain to you my experience at your pizza parlor. I'm done with this place.
You need to change your response to people's comments, the owner or manager needs to look into the people that were there and why I paid over $36.00 an received terrible service and a terrible pizza for my money. This order is from 8/12 qt the floyd mountain mikes .
Food is good at mountain mikes. I would say it is a better quality pizza
I guess you can call me a Karen for this comment cause thats all people care about, but when a large pizza with sausage and extra olive cost $30.49 compared to a large sausage at $25.99, I expect to get extra olives as I ask. I can tell you it does not cost $4.50 for the few olives I got.
Also, you charge for ranch? Try some of the other mountain mikes stores that don't charge for ranch, that is a petty charge (especially when prices are going up and people will start to control their eating habits).Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Business owner information

Not a hater, and have better things to do, but annoyed that I have to drive to a location across town to get a consistent pizza. I live literally next to the one on Floyd but it's always bare bones on toppings. Here's the proof. I pray that you guys step up your game. Pizza on the left is from Yosemite ave Modesto, the pizza on the right is from Floyd ave. Same pizza different location.

My hubby and I live 5 minutes away from this location. So when I looked on Yelp and saw all of these negative reviews, I was hesitant to come here again. But we both decided that every time we have gone, experiences have been positive, and the pizzas have been great. So we placed an order today for pick up. The pizza looks beautiful. Fresh and hot. The cashier at the front was kind on the phone, and when I picked up our order. At the time ,they had the lunch buffet going, there were three pizzas and cheese sticks to choose from, all looked good; the salad bar looked stocked and clean. If you are local like us, maybe give this place a chance. Our experiences have always been positive :)

Although shit happens, I tried to call and check in on my order that was 25 mins late. I was initially put on hold and waited 8 mins. Then called back repeatedly with a busy signal. So I drove over. On the way Ashley called and told me that they only had one driver and orders had sat on the counter for 20 mins, it would be another hour. Thankfully since I showed up, I only had to wait 10 mins. She's calling people letting them know their orders will be late, then mocking people after she hangs up. Although it is a super stressful situation, and not her fault, it's a hot mess here. She should not have to had to handle this on her own.
***Went back several weeks later. Ordered on the app around 3:30, trying to avoid a similar situation. Paid for delivery around 5:30. It never showed. I called and was put on hold. After a few minutes, I called back. On hold again. I ended up driving over while on hold, there were 7 (?) employees. One was in the side office, two at the counter and several in the back. The man in front of me was being told he'd get a discount for the trouble. I asked them about my order and told them I was still on hold.
The woman counting money never looked up, she just rolled her eyes. The young man at the counter was very apologetic. Said they only had one driver. I told them their boss is an asshole for continuing to let this happen. They found my order and offered me the same 30% discount. I told him I never received the first, don't bother. I don't need it.

Never had a bad pizza here. Service can be slow on busy nights. Pickup orders have been 30+ minutes late on a few occasions. I've also noticed the kitchen was pretty dirty once or twice. Maybe a stronger manager would help, especially on weekends.
