This was the worst experience in a motel/ hotel I've every had. From the front desk employee who's rudeness and overall terrible personality to the rooms that are infested with roaches, This was the most horrific experience of a hotel/ motel I've had the misfortune of ever experience. For a chain motel service that has a presents in the capital of this great country it's an absolute disgrace that this motel had the audacity of charging more than 100 dollars a night to pretty much sleep in a slum. From the roaches in the rooms to the hallways and elevators with disgusting smells this was absolutely the worst. Apparently the pest issues were so bad that when I changed a room guess what followed me more roaches and on top of that WiFi services didn't reach the rooms in their entirety, we had to Sit in front of the door to get any service and when we manage to get some service it was so slow that it made it next to impossible to use so much so that we had to walk to the nearest Starbucks to use the internet. To add to the list of pathetic amenities the tv that we tried to use was ancient but that's not even the worst thing when we turned it on we were met with channel after Chanel of static. If this is what 100 plus dollars per night gets you in motel 6 than it's a shame that I can't give u a negative rating. Shame on you motel 6 for allowing a facility of this unbelievably horrible state to remain open and charge 100 plus dollars a night. I will never return to any of your chains much less this particular one.

Simply put, too much noise and a bit of a sketchy area/clientele. I didn't feel too safe but only spent a night here. Staff was nice , but rooms left much to be desired. I think I'll stay somewhere else next time in the area. Positive is that it's close to union station.

This is the worst and most disgusting place I have ever been. Our original hotel overbooked and so we thought Motel 6 is an option since we're only sightseeing. Worst mistake of my life. Please stay elsewhere, this place is so bad. The comforters have holes and stains, god knows from what. The sink is outside the bathroom and so you have to touch the bathroom door to exit the bathroom before you can wash your hands. The place is run down, I would not be surprised to find I took bed bugs and roaches home with me. If you plan on showering, bring your own soap/shampoo/lotion. They offer nothing. The bathtub is gross so your options are shower in the nastiness...or no shower. At this point, I'm leaning towards no showering.

Also, to no one's surprise, the wifi doesn't work lol.

I won't stay here again. It was relatively cheap and conveniently located, but the entire property is grungy and run down. There was trash in the parking lot and obvious repairs needed, like holes in the wood.
The interior was clean enough to pass a cursory initial walk-through, but the longer we were in the room, the more we saw. I turned down the comforter and top sheet and found a long, dark brown hair and what I choose to believe was a cricket leg. There were holes in the comforter and stains on the curtains. Several foreign hairs were found in the bedroom and bathroom areas. The desk had a huge gouge out of it. There was a ring of sticky residue on the floor. There was no mini fridge; worst of all no coffee maker! Linens were scarce - two towels were provided, one hand towel, and two washcloths. There was a plastic ice bucket provided, but the ice machine is broken. The TV reception was almost nonexistent. Every channel was just deciding what level of static we could tolerate. Some of the channels that did come through had no audio. The place hit rock bottom when I saw the mattress. Huge "rust" colored stains all over it. There is more I could describe, and I really wish I had taken pictures, but I just wanted to get out of there as quickly as possible!

I can not possibly put this in strong enough terms: DO NOT STAY HERE.

This place is crawling -- CRAWLING. I've never seen so many roaches -- and I live in Brooklyn. It's disgusting. They're everywhere, every time you turn around. All life stages. It gets worse -- there are squashed bugs on the wall from previous occupants of this room. The toilet doesn't flush. I'm SURE I'll end up bringing bedbugs home from this fucking place. I spent a good hour looking for somewhere else to stay at the last second but it was pushing midnight and I read in other reviews that management couldn't care less (that much was clear) and refuses to issue refunds.

I regret staying here SO. FUCKING. MUCH. I went for the cheap option without thinking it through. Please don't repeat my mistake. Stay literally anywhere else. Sleep on the street. It'll be less gross.

Oh, also (and this will be the least of your problems), the WiFi doesn't work.

      Reasons.
      1. I was rejected to receive the (MOTEL 6 Veterans Discount) for the 3
nights, the evening manager informed me that, "he did not wish to
change my reservation, due to the commission that the other employee
received from my reservation?". I had placed the reservation online, by myself. There was no employee involved.

      2. The price per night for the other customers was $89.00, for some reason I had been charged $104.00 per night? I was offered a check for $60.00 from the MOTEL 6 Headquarters. The Franchises refuses to contact me or to resolve the issues. Let me guess that the location in Question did receive a donation to upgrade their rooms and building.

      3. Individuals close to me were allowed to harass me while I stayed at your facility. Example, how my keylock pad would not work after I had returned to my room (room 104, on the night of March 11, 2020) My two dogs were locked in the room. I had the blinds open so everyone could view the dogs. This is the only reason that your manager had opened my room, in a timely matter.
Your manager did mention that he was not involved with the issue (The game to Anger me). Then, the manager asked me to move to an upstairs room, knowing that I wished to have a downstairs room. Again, I am a
      Disabled Veteran, with PTSD.
I was forced to move to another room which I did not feel safe (room
      115).
I requested to be placed in a downstairs room that was close to
the Motel office, please check my notes.

      4. Room 104, The bathtub had a dip in the middle of the flooring,
which allowed water to stand in the middle of the bathtub. So, Iwas
forced to stand in water, while I showered. And the renters above that
room, made sure that they jumped around when I would be sleeping.

      5. Room 115, The floors were not cleaned before I had been placed in
the room around 1830 on March 11, 2020. The floors under the beds were
dirty and I found a used condom on the floor. Also, the bathtub had a
clog in the drain, so I had to shower with standing water, and
continue to turn the water flow off while soaped down. I did leave
this room at 4am on March 12, 2020. I could not relax in this room,
the door was hidden by a staircase, and I heard people outside of the
room door talking all night. Someone wanted my attention.

Don't stay here. The worst place I have ever stayed and I have been in some fleabags. The cover of the bed has cigarette holes and is stained, the curtains are ripped, the TV doesn't work, the Wi-Fi doesn't work, the Ice machine doesn't work, there is peeling paint and the noise here is unbelievable - I am hearing impaired and I had to wear ear plug. You can hear everything. This place is awful and they are shameless about it.

Holy ghetto juicy Squidward! Dis place be nasty mate. I found a huge green moldy turd in the toilet when I tried to take a creamy poop after eating taco bell wings. Disgusting! Then, when I was about to hit the sack, I found something!! Yow, it was a creepy crawly!! Then, I was finally drifting off when i saw Spongebob peeking into my window! I told him to beat it, and he broke in! Stole all my stuff. Also, the manager was honestly so rude. In the morning when i asked for a clean towel, he gave me his sock. how rude. Anyway, thats all. I recommend sleeping on the sidewalks instead of going here, which I already do. Better dan dis! Anywho, I got a juicy pizza waiting fo me, so like peace homie ghetto batman.

Let me explain that I researched just about every inexpensive hotel and AirBnB to find the perfect one for our family. After we arrived I realized immediately I had booked the wrong hotel! Since it was spring break nothing else was available in our price range that I could find immediately so we decided to stay here the night and decide what to do the next few day. Also, we knew we wouldnt be in the room much so we thought as long as there were no bugs that we could manage.

The first thing we always do is check for bed bugs which I am happy to report there were none! However, while checking for bed bugs we saw a HUGE blood stain on the mattress, holes in the comforter and sheets, and stains on the pillow cases. We went to ask for another set of sheets and comforters and the clerk just looked at me...very strange.

The ice machine did not work and we had to drive about 5 miles to get ice from a gas station.

The drawers did not open so we had to live out of our suitcase.
The bathroom door would not close all the way and latch.

Every evening we got back to the hotel we had to take the key to the attendant to reactivate.

There were pubic hairs on a few of the towels.

We couldnt sleep at night due to the amount of sirens and large trucks driving by.

DO NOT STAY HERE!! We have stayed at various Motel 6's around the country. Though they are always "no frills", they were clean. This place was disgusting. Between the holes in the towels & walls, the filthy ceiling & sirens all night, I find it unbelievable that the Motel 6 franchise still let's their name be used by this hell-hole. Customer service is non-existent as we saw the employee walk back in the office but he would not answer our call regarding the wifi. That does not work there either. As we were leaving, another guest showed us his bedbug bites. At least, we didnt have them. GROSS, GROSS PLACE!
