We went to Moses Jewelers to have a costume made wedding ring. I provided 3 rings I inherited from my mother. I went in not knowing what kind of a design I wanted I just knew I wanted something original and vintage. Sadee was our representative at MosesJewelers and she was amazing. She was kind, patient, shared her thoughts, and expertise. With that said, I am very pleased with the results. Thank you Sadee and Moses Jewelers family! I brought in a dinner ring that I gave my wife many years ago but she stopped wearing due to a few diamonds that had fallen off and needed to be replaced with new diamonds. Denise and the rest of the staff were awesome as they gave great care and attention To my concerns on getting this ring professionally repaired and at a fair price. Today Taylor provided my husband and I wonderful service! There were a few services we needed done, and Taylor really listened to us and made the process pretty simple, fast and easy. She gave us her undivided attention and answered all of our questions, she is very knowledgeable about the process of how the rings are made at Moses Jewelers. I have been married for 19 years and unfortunately never had my ring looked at in all those years. Recently, Moses Jewelers opened off 1604 between Culebra and Shaenfield. I had never heard of them before but I really needed my ring sized. So I took a chance and went in. I quickly found out that they have been around for years in the Stone Oak area and this is just a new location. I went to their Yelp reviews immediately and saw that they had lots of positive reviews. Now that my mind was put to rest, I went in and asked about ring sizing. I was a bit nervous about how much it was going to cost but even that wasn't terrible. I know pricing is completely subjective so what they quoted me to size my engagement ring, and rhodium plate it along with my wedding band so that they would match worked for me. The only small issue which they resolved immediately was it being ready when I was told it would be ready. I went in on a Saturday, and was told that it would take 4-5 days for my rings to be ready. So when 5 days had come and gone and we were now on 7 days I called the store. The lady on the phone told me that my rings would not be ready for another couple of days which means that they would have had my rings for 9 days by the time they were ready. I expressed my frustration to the lady on the phone and explained to her that I was told 4-5 days. She told me that they normally tell customers 5-7 days which even with that we would have been past the time based on when my rings were brought in. She told me she was going to see what she could do because I explained to her that I would not be able to pick up my rings until the following weekend which means that they would have had my jewelry for 2 weeks by the time I was able to pick them up. She asked me if she could call me back and I agreed. 10 minutes later she called and said that the jeweler was on the premises and he was going to take care of my rings same day to resolve the issue. The fact that they did what they could to resolve the issue meant alot to me and I really appreciated it. About 2 hours later they called to tell me my ring were ready and I went to pick them up. Not only did they size my rings, but they replated them and polished them to make them look brand new. They also made sure the prongs were in good condition. I couldn't be happier and they redeemed themselves by reaolving the issue. I will definitely be taking some other jewelry to them for both repair and appraisals. You won't be disappointed!

I love their custom jewelry, they created an engagement ring and wedding band me and a wedding band for my fiance they have taken great care in handling my jewelry. Everyone there is wonderful they give you personal care and with any custom jewelry piece you also get a free appraisal.

My fiancé has family members who frequent this establishment for life milestones (ex. Anniversaries, engagement rings, valentines gifts, etc.) When my fiancé decided to create my engagement ring through this location, I had no idea (obviously). Since I have received my ring, I have had to have it altered on several occasions (not due to their lack of professionalism, simply due to user-error). Clarence has specifically been our usual contact. Not on purpose. He's simply there every time we come by. He is ALWAYS PATIENT, and accommodating, EVERY TIME we visit. He is amazing and I hope whoever reads this review, has the opportunity to meet him in person.
We went to pick up my ring surprisingly on a day that Clarence wasn't working, and Ray aided us. He was so chipper, helpful and eager in his profession. This solidifies to me personally that this is a great company that treats its employees well, and to the sole benefit of their customers. I never feel like a burden, I never feel ignored, and I always receive expert service.
My fiancé and I have settled on a wedding band for him on our wedding day, and we both look forward to seeing what Clarence delivers, as he will be the creator to our design. I have nothing but 5 stars to offer this location, and a personalized ring that holds no duplicate. If you care about a loved one and you want to make a unique and quality purchase, Moses Jewelers is the place you MUST go.

Moses did a superb job designing my ring!I brought in my diamond and Moses helped me design a custom setting that blew me away. He was patient, thorough, and most of all, very fair and honest. The quality and phenomenal craftsmanship of his work (and his equally gifted son, Joey) definitely stands out. He also has a wide variety of fine jewelry to choose from. I made sure to peruse his showroom floor when looking for inspiration for my ring. I referred my sister to Moses as well and he helped her pick out a gorgeous setting for her diamond.
I intend to return and have Moses help me design a new setting for the diamonds in my wedding band.

My husband came here for my engagement ring and was able to design a totally custom ring. The craftsmanship and quality of the work is amazing! I ordered my wedding band from another place and it was NOT what I wanted. I brought it to Moses to see what could be done and they knew exactly what I wanted and fixed it for a VERY fair price. I have also taken watches here to be repaired and have batteries replaced. I needed the links out of one and they were kind enough to show me that I was easy to do and did not charge me!
The customer service is awesome and i would recommend them to anyone.
