There's something for everybody at famed glam shop Morphe, right on Burbank's fun and funky Magnolia Boulevard, just down the lane from Portos. Limited access with current social distancing, but once you're inside, it's all yours. With fewer guests at once, beauty staffers can focus on you, which is what it's all about ... you!

Lots of foundation, concealer, make up, brushes and all that stuff. For me, well, some things are secret, but hey gents, toss your Chap Stick from junior high and check out the clear lip balms in baller lipstick-style tubes. Trust me ... everybody notices.

On a sour note, say goodbye to the theatrics of make-up guru Jeffree Star. While I don't keep up with YouTube drama, his line has very recently been removed and banned from Morphe shops. It's a fashion house of cards.

I was a bit afraid to get anything since I have sensitive skin but I approached Jason and asked some questions he was super nice took his time with me and my friend was able to give us some tips and helped us with everything we needed he recommended me a few things and I'm so happy with my purchase I'll definitely be come back! Thank you Jason!!

I went today to the store to buy a gift for my friend. The store is amazing, you can find a-lot of different amazing products but, the customer service was terrible and rude, the approaching that they gave me wasn't the correct from the start to end of my visit I feel not welcome, I hope for a future customers it doesn't happen again. Thanks

So In love with this place, it's so much fun to go in here and see all the beautiful makeup!! Love this place!! Stuff is wonderful and helpful, honestly how they can make such amazing pallets and brushes for affordable prices is beyond me but please keep it this way!! This place is such a treat for makeup lovers!

I placed an online order a few months ago and I only received one e-mail saying the order was delay. So far I have not received my order , I emailed twice to find out about the order and not respond .
I finally decided to track my order and it showed that was already delivered at the end of September . I didn't received anything and I understand sometimes packages get lost but my complain is the poor customer service that never replied to my e-mails .

I cannot tell you how awesome this place is, you have to experience for yourself. Not only is every single person that works there extremely knowledgeable about the products that they're selling but they are patient, very kind and in the end always make me feel beautiful.

I had actually booked a ride or die eye appointment and to my delight found out that it was free!!! The young woman that did my eyes Chelly (I hope that spelled right) was so sweet and walked me through the process. I walked out with the most gorgeous eyes!!!! I really appreciate that you guys made me feel beautiful for a big event and you have an eternal customer. My only gripe is that they stop doing the master class, and I hope one day they bring it back!

Once again I was saved by Yelp as I did not even know this brick and mortar store existed in Burbank!

My Yelp friends Heather C., Linet O., and Adelina R. all had glowing remarks about Morphe Brushes, so I had to find out for myself.

Originally I was just going to order a palette and some brushes online. I'm glad I didn't because they were all actually cheaper in the store. Plus, it is so much better shopping for this type of stuff in person.

The ladies I interacted with were all very sweet.

I had our daughters in tow, so I didn't stay long because our toddlers are artists to the Nth degree. And remember, toddlers don't care what medium they use to paint a canvas. Lipstick, eyeliner, eyeshadow, blush, etc..... and SO. MANY. BRUSHES.

HAD to check this place out since it was the first Morphe store.

I walked in and felt welcomed and at home. The staff is super friendly and helpful! They were ALL knowledgeable on all the products and made sure I found everything ok. I actually went in with my daughter and one of the employees asked if it was ok for her to show my daughter the testers (swatching eye shadow on her arm). Big plus that they asked me first and another plus that they didn't glare at my daughter for her curiosity for make up.

I LOVED and enjoyed that everything was organized and easy to find. & When I couldn't find something, there was someone to help check the back to see if it was available.

Came in with my daughter and was greeted by Jason right away asking if I was looking for anything in particular, he took the time to show me what products I needed and showed me how to apply them he was so attentive that he even numbered them for me in the order I needed to use them. I will definitely be back in the future because of Jason and Vanessa.

Update: I went to the Magnolia store for the first time today! (I think it's weird that the reviews from the previous location just carried over? Seems like since the original store closed and this one opened, it should have all new reviews... anyway, back to my update...

The store is huge and spacious and lovely. I would say product-wise, it is mostly the same stock as the previous store, just spread out, which is nice. The employees are always helpful.

I forgot to mention the promo code "jacattack" for 10% off and remembered as soon as I walked out the door. I promptly turned around and came back into the store but they said there was no way they could apply the promo after the purchase. They do not allow returns, only exchanges and no store credit. I even spoke to the manager since I literally made the purchase 30 seconds earlier. I think it's a bummer that after spending a decent amount of money there, they seemed powerless (and also kind of uninterested) in coming up with a solution. I wish the management would have some power/willingness to work with customers based on the specific situation - most other stores do!

I do love their brushes and picked up some of those and also got the setting spray to test out, along with a set of mini sponges. Their brush prices are very reasonable and I like their blushes and shadows and employees are always nice, friendly and helpful with product decisions here so I will be back regardless of today's annoying flubber!
