DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM HERE. We ordered kitchen cabinets from here for our house and so many things went wrong and were handled so unprofessionally by this company that I would never recommend this place to anyone. Ever. Every single cabinet we received from here had damage of some kind. They tried to blame the damage on us.

Don't buy here I order 11 windows one of them was bend, o had to take it back and they took a long time to give me another one, they gave me attitude everytime I called to ask for it , I'm not happy with the windows I bought here, air comes in through it when they are completely close.

I have a 3-flat, 4-unit building needing all the windows replaced or repaired. This is the first time for me to order windows from this company. I learned this company from a trustworthy window business owner who is too busy to take on my project at the moment.

Cathy, the sales rep, come out on Sunday to see the building to accommodate my schedule. She is always on time and respond my questions promptly.

So far, my experience is great. I will update the review once the project is complete. Cannot wait to see the new windows shine up this old building!

they used to be a reasonably priced place to get window work done lasy year they repaired some windows and made a mistake and wound up giving me 30.00 store credit. one year later i had a broken window i needed to get repaired and now they're charging more money and wont honor the store credit they gave me.

They are very easy to deal with. Those girls in the office are very friendly. I often get their office right before their closing time, but they will help me without any compliant. One time I stayed there one hour after their closing time, they are great.

I wish there was a way I could give this place ZERO stars. They are absolutely horrible. I had my windows replaced by this company seven years ago. At that time I worked with a wonderful sales woman named Grace who knew how to treat a customer right. I had zero problems when they were trying to get my business. Last month I noticed that water was getting in between the panes in one of my double hung windows and I also had a few nite guards that had snapped off. I called them to let them know since it was under warranty that I need to have the window pane and sash replaced and if I could purchase new nite guards. They informed me that someone would have to come out to take a look and that I would have to pay for the labor if the work was approved. So I agreed figuring this was fair enough. Can you believe it took me a total of seven calls just to get an appt for the repair? Finally, they came out at 7 on a Sunday evening and to my shock the techs barely spoke English and could not understand what I was telling them. They did manage to mumble something about me having to call the office to get the quote the next day. Since that time I have called the office on a daily basis (well over 6 weeks now), asking for them to get me a quote for the repair. I have spoken with Lucy, Linda, and whoever will listen. I have asked for Elias the owner, but he seems to never be there. What a coincidence!!! I will say that Lucy is the only one who listened to me and tried to pacify me but in the end she always said that this person or that person will emal me the quote or call me back. The last few calls I made I informed them that they were not honoring their warranty and that they were not a reputable company and that I was getting sick and tired of calling them every day. Honestly, I ended up filing a complaint with the BBB. Maybe they can help get this shady business to honor their warranty for services and products they provided. They are absolutely 100% shady and you need to stay away.
