Their website advertises a free in-home estimate, so I scheduled one for 1 PM. I received an email saying "Your Free In Home Estimate Is Scheduled" for 1 - 2 PM. The night before the scheduled appointment, I received another email that contained their hourly rates.

1 PM came and went. At 1:55 PM, I got a call from someone who initially said they "couldn't make" the 1:00 appointment and asking if I had any questions about the email. When I mentioned that I had been waiting since 1:00, she said that they "don't do" in-home estimates at all; evidently I was expected to book a cleaning based only on the second email containing their rates.

This is completely unacceptable. I do not plan to do further business with this company.

Pay attention to all the negative reviews on this place and the fact that there are no replies. They showed up nearly 2 hours late, never provided an estimate, final price or even receipt. Worst "cleaning" job I've seen. Left dried food on stove, trash on end tables, trash on floor of bathroom, sticky orange stuff all over dresser. I have called eight times, that's right, eight, and have not gotten a single call back. I highly suggest you go elsewhere to avoid giant waste of time and money.

Incredibly disappointing. I used to clean homes, the BARE minimum is surface cleanings. I paid for the company to come in before I moved into the apartment so that I would be moving into a clean space. There was dust on surfaces, floors had dog hair, etc which tells me they were not vacuumed. Food in the dishwasher. None of the appliances were cleaned out. And none of the drawers in the kitchen were cleaned out. Dirt was in there as well. Such an inconvenience, I'm moving from out of state and was hoping for more.

We were going on vacation and wanted our house looking nice as we returned. We called a lot of places but this was the only place that could accommodate our request at a short notice. We thought the price was high initially which was $350. We agreed to pay and the business showed up as expected. There were 2 ladies at first but they had to call in for another for help. Our house was not terrible but with 3 kids and a giant dog, there are things that are in need of attention. This is what we were expecting. These people did the bare minimum of what we thought would happen. At first view we said everything looked good..thank you. Paid $380 and tipped another $80. As we were looking around the house it was crazy the things they missed. Nothing was moved vacuum was ran simply on traffic areas. Cabinets and baseboards that we were told would be wiped down were not touched. We had a bin in the family room with toys in it and it was not moved. I could write a thousand things but I keep rambling.
The bottom line is that we have paid over $450 for something we could have done on a random Sunday. The lady we talked to made it seem we would receive a lot more attention to detail than was given. My suggestion is to never use these people. Hiring someone to clean your house makes you feel lazy enough, but when you pay as much as we did, you do not expect the company to be straight up lazy themselves. Can't put zero stars but if I could, I would.

I cannot say enough about the fabulous cleaning help that my team of Molly Maids provides. Clarissa and Evelyn are wonderful and so kind, professional and hard-working. They always, always do a beautiful job and go above and beyond to help me. What a gift they are to me in maintaining my home! They are more than a team from Molly Maids to me. Over the years, they have become cherished friends, and I so look forward to having them visit and help here in my home. They are wonderful representatives of your company, and I am thrilled to have them!

Average cleaning service. They have a 2 hour minimum charge and I was present while they cleaned. They finished in under 1.5 hours and I could tell they were rushing. I had to have them redo the shower, glass door, and bath counter due to missing obvious stuff. I also noticed hair left on the second bathroom countertop. I specifically wanted baseboards cleaned and many were missed. They take this long pole with a head on it and just run around the boards. She didn't even double check...it was more of a "I tried" demonstration. Also they were supposed to honor a 10% yelp add, but now I have to call them for recognition.

As my first experience with this company, I will not use them again.

I would not have even given it one star but I was forced to in order to provide a review. Upon calling and scheduling an appointment I have called back at least eight times to find out where they are with guaranteed a time ..Was finally told they would be here "any minute" That was an hour ago.

I've used molly maids probably close to 8 times in the last two years. The quality of the work is very hit or miss. There have been several times that you can tell they were rushed and missed several obvious spots. The last good cleaning I had they ended up charging me for 3 hours when they were only there for 2 hours (i had it time stamped on my security camera). I've always told them that if they needed to go over the minimum 2 hours to get everything done, that would be fine. They've been willing to fix things when I call and inform them of missed objects. Most times I don't even call anymore.

Clarissa and Evelyn are hard-working ladies and I really appreciate them working around my crazy schedule. Coming early in the day or later, they have always entered my home with smiles on their faces and are very polite. I have recommended them to several people by name as reliable. What a great service they provide. Yet they got lost on the way to my place after parking. I found them by accident knocking on the basement door, communication was an issue two different languages were spoken mine and theirs so that was frustrating and plus they almost got their car towed by parking in a spot they should've not parked and were told to move but didn't due to language barriers. Other than that they did a fantastic service, wonderfully recommended.
