Good food and service. Last week my mom and I came in to redeem my free burrito for downloading the app and received free drinks because we had to wait for them to cook more steak, as we chose steak and they were out. It was quick. Free meal. YES!

Wow. I rarely come to Moe's. Chipotle is my go to because they have better service. I should've knew this was going to be bad when no one said "Welcome to Moe's ". The young lady acted as if she didn't want to serve. I don't expect service with a smile, but I don't want to be treated as I'm an annoyance. I'm the only one in the restaurant at 11am beating the lunch rush. She acted funny when I asked for queso. They use the smallest scoop to add items into the burrito bowl. The dark meat chicken is dry. I recommend getting a drink. The rice, corn, sauteed onions with peppers, and queso was the saving grace. They quadruple charged me for queso when all I assked was for a smidget more of queso. CHIPOTLE is the BETTER option for a reason. Dayamn Moe's, today was not tour day today. I will revisit in 2024. Hopefully the Conyers Ga-20 (Flat Shoals) Location get it together by then.

I normally don't do this but I would consider it a disservice to others in my same situation. This location has been the worst experience of all the Moe's I've been to. And I've been to a lot. Do not go to this location if you can't get there an hour before it closes. Before I left my house, I checked the hours of operation of the nearest Moe's location. It said 9pm. So, I get to Moe's by 7:38. I parked and walked to the door and saw that it closed at 8pm. I pull on the door and the door is locked!!!! I totally understand that people are over it by closing time but...refusing and turning away customers who choose to bring their money to your establishment is just horrible business. Managers, I hope you're reading these reviews because, if you didn't know your employees are doing this. Now you know. Horrible. And please update your hours of operation on Google maps. At least for the safety of your employees if you don't see anything wrong with what they did. There are waaaaaay crazier people out here. Because man, I was really wanting that queso.

Ordered a very simple DoorDash delivery. One quesadilla and two tacos. Only got the quesadilla. The incompetence is incredible. It's a Monday evening. Get it together.

I will admit, when I first showed up to this restaurant and saw they were opening at 1:00pm because of understaffing, I was a little upset. BUT we can't deny that understaffing is a major problem to a ton of restaurants right now. With the understaffing, the manager did their best with what little employees he had and I appreciate his quick to help to accommodate all of us waiting at the door. He explained the two employees he had with him were training as it was their first day today. You can tell they didn't have everything ready for the day yet, but they still were friendly and tried their best. As always, I left with a full stomach and happier since the quality is always good. So again, big props to the employees today for making a hangry customer happy again.

Just no....this used to be my go to spot, prior to the pandemic. I try it again once or twice a year and each time I'm reminded why I stopped patronizing this location. No customer service (staffer seemed bothered that I was ordering), high price with no clarity until you get to the register, and lack of cleanliness. Time to just let it go...

Walked in & was ignored for 5 mins ( I was the only customer). The kid that took my order was real sloppy making the food. Couldn't even pick up the burrito to eat it. Sloppy all the way around. Chips were stale & The salsa bar was so dirty I didn't grab any. The last time I came to moe's it was way better. Talk about a place that needs to be closed to get cleaned & staff retrained this is it! Don't waste your time!

Probably not recommended. The service was already but that not the issue. More about the portion sizes they provide. You barely get any food and it's expensive. I would prefer to go to chipotle over Moe's any day.

i went there excited to get me a stack , the shell tasted like a slab of wood and they didn't even put exactly what i wanted , they sat and ignored me several time while asking for cheese on my stack for nothing . i gave super kind treatment but i do not recommend comming to this location , if anything go to a different location to save your life . i threw up after taking only 3 bites. if you like slabs of wood then please do go ahead and welcome yourself to this location , took them 5x to try and roll my boyfriends burrito.

I'm just adding on to my previous review but they didn't have anymore covers for their bowls. Very tacky but not a huge deal. Also, I came to update that one of the workers had a nasty attitude with my elderly mother. My mother asked the [caucasian] girl to help her download the app to save money & this clown refused to help her and said she couldn't help her and that she did not need the app.

I love tacos so I enjoy coming here. I like their food and they are very generous with their servings. I've had the "earmuffs" (chicken bowl) and unlike Chipotle, they give you sufficient amounts of rice, chicken or whatever you ask for.
However, On two separate occasions, the chicken did not seem fresh.
Majority of the staff is friendly but the last two times I've visited, two African American girls that were making the orders weren't so nice.
One of them had a slight attitude when I asked her to change her gloves. I saw her wipe down the counter with it and then tried to finish making my order and pick up my next selection with those same gloves on! wtf!! I asked her nicely as that just wasn't sanitary & I'm sure the company supplies them with plenty of gloves.
The other girl wasn't friendly either because I wanted more items on my taco like lettuce, peppers etc. I guess she wanted me to have a basic taco and to be on my way. Sorry not sorry!
I'll be in this town a little longer so there's a lot more exploring to go. Overall, three stars for the chicken that never seems fresh and the 'partial' unfriendly staff.
