Mister Sparky - Oswego

I have used this office for two different jobs. The first job was a whole house rewire. The bid was close in price to the other two that we got. They were extremely careful during the rewiring job to make sure that they made as few holes as possible and they cleaned up after themselves every day. My plaster repair guy couldn't believe there were so few holes after a whole house rewire.

The other job was odds and ends. They had to change a ceiling fixture and a light in our closet. The two guys who performed the work were very friendly again and did quick work.

I called Mister Sparky on a Saturday evening. Charles helped me problem solve the issue over the phone and was extremely kind and helpful. I called other electricians and they weren't available for at least two days. I'm making an appointment with Mister Sparky to fix what caused the issue and couldn't be more grateful for Charles's time and patience over the phone. Highly recommend!!!

These guys were awesome! Reasonable, professional and neat. Call them and don't worry about a thing.

Was in contact with Charles at Mr sparky for an estimate. Was told I'd have the estimate Monday the 22nd, asked for an update the 23rd (no response) it's been over a week and nothing. If you're too busy that would be an acceptable response.

So driving next to one of these mr sparky vans on rt 59 today and the driver won't stop messing with his phone and drive. Then had the audacity to roll down his window and flick cigarette ash everywhere. I feel if he can't respect other drivers and pedestrians while doing all this while driving a company van that there is no he would respect a customers home and property. So yeah quit being a d.

We had a massive tree branch fall on our above ground electrical lines. Ted and Pete came to our rescue immediately (10:45am) on a Saturday of a three day holiday weekend. They were very knowledgeable, trustworthy and experienced. They didn't leave until we were connected back to the city electrical lines (6pm). We were so happy we asked them for advice on other issues we were experiencing in our home. They will be our top choice for electricians from now on! Thank you so much!

Called called Mr. Sparky to replace an outlet at my house. The GFCI wasn't tripping and I needed a licensed electrician to do the repair before closing on a sell. Charles came out and was awesome to work with. Quoted me the lowest out of about 5 local electricians. Highly recommend!

Charles came by and gave me an estimate. We also emailed a few times and he was willing to work with me on what I wanted done. He came out and completed the work on time. He was very friendly and was very conscientious about cleaning up and taking care of my property. I added a whole house surge protector at that last minute and he got a deal on it and passed that savings on to me. I'd highly recommend Mr. Sparky and Charles.

Absolutely LOVE Mr. Sparky! Here is why: Charles & Pete are professional and know their products; very reasonable and trustworthy; provide you with choices when available, prompt; responsive with no hidden extras or agendas. We used Mr. Sparky in our Geneva home and when we moved, used in Elburn for a variety of needs. From the inside staff to field personnel nothing but professionalism. Finding a trustworthy company is difficult and hard to decide, I get it, we have all been there at one time or another. HOWEVER, Choosing Mr. Sparky was a great decision for us and I am sure they will be for you. Sorry to sound like an infomercial but glad we found Mr Sparky and want to share our positive experiences with others.
