Mission Palms Healthcare Center

I can't begin with this place but all's I know is they are terrible with all of their patients. I can go on with a whole book full complaints but I'll just leave it here. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. If you care for your family / friends don't bring them here they deserve better than that. I've worked at UCI as a nurse I know right from wrong when it comes to patient care.

Mission Palms is a great rehab place .. Staffs are super friendly and very genuine! We are so happy to have found this place for my mother in law . We were skeptical at first when we were deciding which rehab center to go to. From the first day, the staffs were very welcoming . My mother in law s health has improved ten folds thanks to the care of Doctors and nurses at Mission Palms . Thank you

I'm very excited to have my dad stay at this facility. All staffs here are very patience with him since he's unable to take care for himself for a long time. The place is clean and doesn't look like places I have toured. I spoke with An in Activity Dept. for assistance and she helped me right away. My mom likes her from the start. Ngoc the nurse is really nice and helpful whenever I asked about my dad's condition. I'm really glad I picked this place and hopefully my dad is getting better soon. I would recommend this place.

My father in law spent a few days here and I wouldn't recommend sending your loved ones to this nursing home unless you don't care about them. Hearing what they say to other elderly here is heartbreaking as well.

My dad went in for care on 12/19 and left in an ambulance 3 days later. There he lacked proper attention and care and due to this we needed to find another location for facilitate his care. I would not recommend this to anyone.

This is a terrible facility for the patients. My father-in-law was placed here for a few days and the staff were not attentive to his needs and on a few occasions, he was left there for hours before addressing his needs. It is unacceptable for anyone to go that long without care and attention. These issues were reported to supervisors as well and promised to be addressed, but sadly they were not. I would not recommend this facility to anyone.

This facility is safe and devoted to excellent care. Staff protect residents from avoidable harm, and do all they can to provide high-quality continuous care. You can tell the patients here are respected & loved. They also provide cultural foods for their predominant Vietnamese population. The team members appear to treat residents with respect, dignity and empathy, and where possible, involve them in decisions about care. You can tell this facility is well managed. The care home leadership teams stays closely involved and loves the residents as if they were their very own family members.

Just visiting this weekend at Mission Palm Healthcare and I saw all people enjoy morning in the entertainment room with a cup of coffee , relaxing & listening to the Vietnamese live music with some beautiful singers there too .... Very nice place , clean everywhere , and good services

Mi nombre es Sol ; mi esposo estuvo en este lugar el 12/19/23 ;el primer día ! estaban muy atentos con el y luego no se volvieron a preocupar su atención fue mínima, la comida el mismo asunto ; el doctor fue el primer día ! dijo que iba a estar al pendiente de sus exámenes ya que estábamos preocupados por sus riñones y no volvimos a saber nada , tres días después el estaba camino al hospital de nuevo... por lo tanto saquen sus propias conclusiones , nosotros escogimos ese lugar porque estábamos buscando un lugar para la rehabilitación de mi esposo después de una operación y ellos nos hablaron maravillas del lugar; para los que vieron la película de Cantinflas un día con el diablo ! hagan de cuenta, con eso les digo todo . Eviten a como de lugar llevar a alguien a ese lugar.

I was a student here at mission palms for the rehab department. I really enjoyed my time and the staff here. The mission palms rehab team really pushed my learning experience to the next level. I learned a lot from my CI and the staff here. Thank you everyone! I miss being here already.
