had them for a long time and was happy with it for the most part, but then my policy expired with no notice to me and I couldnt get back my rates back. Over all good people working there, but didnt work out.

Recently in the market for auto insurance and after scrubbing the internet for hours, I came across MIS Insurance and submitted an only form for additional information. Within a few minutes, Ken replied to me via email AND text messages to get a better understanding of my needs. MIS Insurance is the definition of business efficiency! I briefly worked with Noah and had what I was looking for in minutes. Everything was handled via the internet and a short call over the phone. While over the phone, I received my contract via email and just had to click through a Docusign doc and bammo, I gots me some much needed car insurance!!! :D Now watch out for me on the road cuz I'm commin for ya!!! I kid... i kid... ;)

MIS Insurance has been great! They got me really low rates for my car insurance. Their customer service department is easy to get through to and they supply all the information you need and will answer all the questions you have about signing up with them. Their employees are extremely friendly and diligent with getting back to you which is something that I appreciate.

I used to have Liberty Mutual and while they were a great insurance company, the employees there would be impossible to reach and getting cases taken care of would take longer than preferred. Sign up with MIS Insurance if you're looking for low premium rates for auto insurance!
