Mionlight BBQ

I'm going to give three stars based on a great chicken Philly, good ribs, slaw and beans. Farrah was super awesome and did a great job of recommending a few specific items off the menu. The ribs were well cooked and had a heavily smoked flavor. I prefer a little less smoke but I know a lot of people who would love the flavor. They really didn't seem to have much in the way of a dry rub but did come out dry style. The sauce was good and was on the sweet side. I really liked the chicken Philly. Very well cooked meat loaded with well cooked onions and peppers. I would completely like to have this sammy again! Everything came out fresh and hot and hit the spot. I will stop by again next time I'm in the area.
