Contacted Zachary to get a quote for sewage inspection and location scope. I had him bid on the job and ended up choosing him as he was able to beat the other guys price. I canceled everyone else and was excited to get things moving. However on the morning of scheduling the time, Zachary notified us that it would be an additional $125, totaling $255! He obviously does not have his business/S&$! together and put a terrible taste in my mouth. I would look for somebody else with more experience and not trust this guy he seems like a rip off.

I believe there may have been some miscommunication as the messages from your husband clearly stated "sewer scope only" and the price was quoted based off of that, afterwards the request for a locate was asked for that's when a call was made to explain our services and prices. We have different pricing than other companies but in no way are they misleading. please take a minute to review the whole conversation and if there is anything else we can do to help you please let us know and have a great day.
