No, it's not really a dine in restaurant. Just a counter top area and it gets packed quick! But soo worth it. However you can order online though!

K C.Manhattan, NY150511/12/2022Possibly the best egg sandwich I have ever had! Well worth the hefty $10 for a bacon egg and cheese on toasted sourdough. We also had a couple of Fancy sandwiches, which is a BEC with avocado and extras.

2410262012/5/2022This place is truly a whole in the wall. It was within walking distance of my hotel and in the middle of a quant Boston neighborhood. It's right around the corner from Chinatown and it was breakfast burrito heaven.
When you walk up you will see a bunch of people standing outside waiting for their order. The place is small so you can't wait inside. Small but the are making big things in the kitchen. Loved the food and the whole vibe!
They make Pattie's and melts but it was breakfast time for me! It was delicious and hit the spot!Business owner information

18513046711/10/2022VERY popular breakfast sandwich spot. My friends and I came on a Sunday around 12:30, and the line was out the door. This is a tiny place with open kitchen sandwich assembly line, with no room to eat inside.
Two of the most popular orders are Fancy (bacon, 2 fried eggs, avocado, onion, cheddar) and grilled crack. I tried and love them both. The fried eggs come a little runny, which is how I like it. You can request to have the eggs cooked over hard. You can also request to change the bread. These are heavy and oily sandwiches, which is sometimes exactly what you're looking for.
Wait was reasonable, about 10 minutes on the weekend.
Definitely recommend a try!

27711715912/14/2022I wanted to try everything on the menu! They had great egg sandwiches and we got our food pretty quickly. I had the Baller and thought it was great. The bacon was thick cut and felt more like porkbelly to me. My favorite part was the English muffin, which I believe is house-made.

241605121411/9/2022My friends were raving about this place as they had a famous original location elsewhere in Boston. It's an order at the register and wait for your name to be called set up. Coming on a Sunday morning, you best believed there were people filing in and out. Our visit probably took 30 min from walking in to out.
Between the four of us, three ordered the fancy sandwich while I tried the frenchie sandwich. Although the ingredients in my sandwich was enticing, I think it would have benefited from a more substantial filling of the arugula, figs, and ham. The fancy fillings of eggs, bacon, and cheese was much more filling.
Overall, I had a good experience and would be interested in trying some of their other items from their menu. It's a very small place so eating with a large group may be difficult.

I was in Boston just for a short morning stint and decided to spend my time around the Boston Commons. This place was a hop and a skip away, well within walking distance.
The shop itself is super tiny. You wouldn't be able to fit more than a handful of people. But the food! Huge flavor.
I had the Fancy. Incredible! It has two fried eggs, bacon, cheddar cheese, avocado, red onions and house mayo on toasted multigrain. It was delicious, so well balanced, and the perfect portion size.
I ordered in person super early and the wait was short. Service was ok.
So delicious though, you have to try it.

217454511/4/2022While I was in Boston I had a breakfast sandwich from Mike and Patty's. I did find them on Google/Apple Maps when I was researching cafés in the area and their breakfast sandwich looks so amazing and it met my expectations although I felt more like a grilled cheese it was so good. The customer service was swift and friendly the cooks and everyone was having a great time cooking such great food. If I was single the ambience would be perfect because I could relax by myself but since I would be coming in with a group or a couple seating may be a problem.
Would I recommend? Yes
