I just put out performance exhaust deep and delete my muffler since my Chevy Silverado was very quiet now he has that nice rumble then thanks to Midas they did a great job I'm so happy I really recommend this place for your exhaust needs they treat me amazing all the stuff I highly recommend this place

I typically go to independent mechanics/references. Thought I'd come by and get my shield pan under the car fixed since it was dragging on the road. I needed a quick fix, especially since I didn't want to damage anything under the car. These guys at Midas, left a good first impression. Took care of what I needed on the spot. You can tell the manager and his guys put Service first. Didn't even charge to adjust the pan since there was no damage.

Worst scam. They tried getting me a new tire for a fix a flat request.(mail in tire). They went ahead and ordered a new tire without consulting with me. Needless to say I refused the service and the clerk got upset. Perfect example of taking advantage of a customer's situation.

I arrived today with brake issues on my Dodge Caravan, Mr. Floyd Woods, was very nice and totally accommodated me with my van, he had his technicians check for other issues that I was told were in need of repair and he checked out the paperwork from the prior tire company I went to 2 days before and found that they totally were trying to charge me for things that did not need to be done. He saved me money and I appreciate his time in helping me. I ended up staying for a few hours and Mr. Flloyd bought me lunch I think he went beyond his job to make sure I was okay and he made sure my van was ready for a road trip I will be taking. All the employees that spoke to me were very courteous and nice. Thanks to everyone I feel safer now taking my trip with no worries. I would recommend Midas to all my family & friends. Thank You for the great service I received today.

After sending two e-mails spaced a day out from each other requesting a quote and not receiving a response. (It's policy on their web sight they will respond within 30 minutes during business hours, all interactions I had wrote them were during business hours). So I called and got an appointment set up the worker Bruce took a deposit for the appointment. When I showed up for the appointment Bruce was not there, after getting my car worked on and taken care of because I did have an appointment. I asked about the security deposit and they said he will send it back. I called the store a day later to get it back and Bruce refused to return the money, he did no service, or work on my car and the deposit was never refunded. He also had horrible customer care when speaking with me. Very disappointed with my service.

The new owners of this Midas location are friendly, helpful and their mechanics do good work.

DO NOT bring your vehicle here for repair, especially if you have an intermittent issue. The Service Manager and Techs are okay, but the owner is a money grubbing jerk who only cares about ripping off his customers.
I'm an engineer and I understand troubleshooting intermittent symptoms is difficult, however, the customer should not be made to pay for poor troubleshooting skills and a greedy owner.
My brother-in-law brought his car in for an electrical issue that causes rough idling and stalling. First, they replaced the Ignition Coil and Spark Plugs, charged him for parts & labor, and sent him on his way. This did not fix the issue because after leaving the shop, the rough idling and stalling continued. He brought the vehicle back the next day. They replaced the Idle/Air control motor and again charged him for parts & labor. After leaving the shop, the vehicle continued to idle rough and stall. The next day, on his way back to the shop, the vehicle stalled in the middle of SR7 and would not start. He then had it towed to shop and was assured by the Service Manager that the cost of the tow would be covered by the shop. Next, they replaced the Crank Shaft Sensor and again charged for parts & labor. He paid the bill and left.
After the third attempt, the vehicle now appears to work correctly. As you can image, the unnecessary parts and labor costs have now added up, and the customer is being charged for incompetence. Had they done the troubleshooting correctly in the first place, the bill would be a third of what is is now.
Now, to add insult to injury, the greedy owner is calling my brother-in-law and demanding that he pays for the cost of the Tow, even after the Service Manager said the shop would cover the cost. Wow!! Please save your time and money, and have your vehicle serviced somewhere else, where they won't rip you off.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Business owner information
