Mid-Town Body Repair

This place did amazing work, and has some of the best customer service I've seen in the automotive industry! My Repair was complete during the quoted time, and I was offered a shuttle to and from work at no extra cost.

Excellent experience. Reasonable pricing, everything went according to plan, & the communication was perfect. They even shined my wheels which was a pleasant surprise.

I had 2 friends recommend this place and it lived up to their recommendation.

(They replaced a rear wheel panel that had fallen off my car.)

I am so incredibly impressed by the customer service that was recently provided to my elderly grandmother. Someone hit her car and she brought it into Mid Town for repairs. There was an issue with her insurance. Being almost 90 years old, my grandmother became very upset and stressed out. I wasn't available that day to work out the issue with the insurance company. Like an angel, Diane at Mid Town swooped in and went above and beyond to rectify the issue. She did much more than what would be expected of her by communicating with the insurance company to get everything handled so my sweet grandmother wouldn't be stressed and worried. She was also so kind and patient with her. She literally brought my grandmother to tears with her kindness. I cannot thank Mid Town, and especially Diane, enough for their astonishing level of customer service.

These guys are awesome! They made my car look brand new. Super helpful and nice. They gave me an honest estimate and the results are amazing!

I went in to this business after being referred by my insurance company as one of the places to insure their work. I noticed that there is a sign advertising free estimates at the location as well. After quickly looking over the damage on my car, Kevin told me that he could provide an estimate as soon as I told my insurance company that I would be having the work done at this shop.
*You advertise free estimates
*why must I guarantee that you would get the work?
*initially I'd planned to give you the works but-not so much now
*there was also an eagerness to get me into a rental (I can appreciate wanting to make money but not hustling me)

Lack of customer service towards minorities. A lack of respect! I needed a sunroof replaced and was referred. I left then remembered I had some scratches & dents body work on my Mercedes. Went back in, the secretary started going off like "I told you we don't work on sunroof, you were just in here!" As Washingtonian, I'm not use to someone I'm trying to do business with treatI got me in that manner. All I can think of is she's a racist! I must be growing up because I didn't snatch her across the desk, just quietly left the building! She's racist!

I'd "wreck amend" these people over anyone! This was my first experience having to take care of my car after a wreck and everyone in the office made it quick and easy for me! Shout out to Jason and Diane for taking the time and being patient with me! These are the true body shop heros!!!

DO NOT GO HERE!! Sent a car here and got it back in worse shape than when I gave it to them, they demolished the interior and the electrical Systems

Took my Volvo in to replace bumper and taillight. Did a great job and even washed it and vacuumed the inside as well. Got the car back quickly. Only knock was I had to wait a few weeks to for my appointment to bring the car in.

We have had work done at Mid-Town several times over the last few years....They are very honest & reliable. We highly recommend them ! They keep in contact with you during the time your vehicle is there & let you know about the progress of it. We do appreciate them and the work they do....Wonderful to work with...
