This place is great if you want friendly, quick, and reliable service. I went into the store with a broken hp spectre laptop screen that I needed fixed as soon as possible. The two guys that worked there were extremely friendly and accommodating as soon as I walked in the building.They were sympathetic and tried really hard to find me the best priced option. I would recommend this business to anyone.

Brought in two PCs within days of one another for issues the kids were having. These guys have been great at communicating the problems and finding the best solutions at the best pricing. Kept me up to speed on progress with parts order and when they would be completed. Have had other work elsewhere in Manchester and been very dissatisfied with them, this time I was very very pleased and highly recommend!

I dropped my laptop off on 1/19 and was told 2 weeks. After 3 weeks and the fact that they hadn't even looked at my computer I went back to pick it up. I had called multiple times explaining that I couldn't wait any longer. When I got there I was told that the$50 deposit that l left was non refundable!!! No where on my receipt does it say this. I took the laptop to Ace on Elm St and he had it fixed overnight!!!

Had such a good experience in their Salem location that when I had a problem with my computer again I decided to go to the Manchester store it was closer and I hoped to get the same service.

I was not disappointed. The service and price was again incredible. Fixed the computer within 24 hours and it didn't cost me a fortune.

Either location is highly recommended.

I brought my PC in to be a diagnosed they got back to me quickly with a fix and asked if I wanted to proceed and gave me a price. The work was good they were very friendly and accommodating on the phone and helpful through the whole process I felt the price was very fair.
