Michaels

A young man named Aaron helped me. He had a great personality, manners, new his job and was pleasant throughout my entire interaction with him. He gives me hope that this generation still has a chance. His parents did a great job raising him and Michaels hired a great kid! Wishing him much success in the future and Michael's you might want to keep him around!

I had no clue until today how large this location is and in glad it is because they actually had exactly what I was looking for!

With October being a Breast Cancer Awareness month the search for all things pink can go one of two ways, really good or really bad when supplies are limited.

On the hunt for a pink bandana I was lucky enough to score two different ones to choose from.

Even midday there was a little bit of a line at the register but it moved rather quickly. Once there was two customers waiting to check out, I noticed they opened another register to speed up the checkout process. Putting the customer first, I like that!!

The sweet lady that checked me out advised that the 40% coupon would work on my purchase and was kind enough to let me look up the coupon on my phone so that I could utilize it.

Selection was plentiful of almost everything in the store as they had not only Halloween decorations but Christmas one too!!! If you use a cricket machine then this stores for you as they had a whole aisle plus of goodies for ya!

I go to Micheals and get my art supplies and other things you would love Micheals it's the best craft store to get some supplies

If I am looking for something other than yarn, this Michael 's has what I need. But the yarn selection is really sad. I will be going to Hobby Lobby for my next project(s).

Never crowded even on Black Friday and cashiers are really friendly. Offered me another 30% coupon and check-out which was a nice surprise. They also have a 50% coupon for a full price item.

This place is big and has a nice selection of items if you're into crafting, mind you if this store has more of a general offering so if you're really into a particular art/craft if you're looking for speciality items you won't likely find those here. Finding staff is pretty absent so if you're looking for something good luck in finding someone to help. If you give them your email they do send coupons which is helpful. When planning my wedding I did come here multiple times to find wedding favor type items. Overall great for your arts/crafts projects and also they have a great selection of frames too.

This is a great location. Big store, variety of merchandise, and easy parking. The sales associate who checked me out (wish I got her name-- red hair and glasses I think and likes to knit) just a minute ago was so sweet and personable. Michaels was smart to hire her. She knows her stuff and made the check out process easy.

Having been to all the Michael's in my area, I like the Sterling location the best. Each Michael's has its own personality and each with a heavy focus on one or two product areas...floral, holiday, framing, kid crafts/toys, adult crafts, etc. Which is fine....but, I prefer to shop at clean, organized stores. Sterling's store usually has what I need, the aisles aren't cluttered, the lighting is good, the staff are helpful and friendly. I never feel frazzled there (that's a good thing )

I like Michaels. They often have much of the art/crafts supplies that I need. They dont always have everything. Even if they do, its not always in stock. I was just in there today and they had no spray primer. I had to go to Home Depot. Also, as a brick and mortar store, the prices are higher than online. However, if you want it right now...
