Outstanding craftsmanship! I was worried the silver paint wouldn't match on our 8 year old car, but it looked incredible! And Jeff made sure everything went without a hitch, including arranging the rental car needed. Good communication - so I knew what was happening at every stage of the repair. When we picked up our car, it was washed and detailed, too. Michael J's is a well-oiled machine, for sure. I'm glad we found Michael J's. It'll be my go-to auto body shop, if/when the need arises. They work well with insurance claims, too.

I had an odd request as there had been a stubborn pregnant spider living in my left side mirror for weeks on end. I've tried spraying it with water and insect repellent but webs kept forming. I didn't trust myself to remove the mirror to clean out behind it so I brought it in here on a random Wednesday. I filled out some paperwork, Kevin looked at my situation and wasn't sure if someone was able to help me today. Armando took up the job, removed the mirror, cleaned out the webs and spider eggs behind it, reinstalled it and saw my front bumper was hanging off from an old car accident and offered to fix it too. World class service, friendly workers and would recommend to anyone who needs body work on their car for any reason! Thank you again to the team here for taking care of me and my car.

Amazing!!! I have a 2023 Tacoma. Ordered It from the Factory in January. Got Her in April. Not even 4,000 Miles Yet. First Vehicle Hit in a 3 Car Hit and Run. Tore the Bumper Off and Shifted the Front End to the Left. AAA Referred me to Michael J's. From the Beginning Sergio was Completely Understanding of my Situation. He Patiently Walked me Through How the Process Works. Said Because She's New Parts may take Awhile to get from the Factory. Showed me Great Attention to Detail. A Month later get Call "Parts are In, Bring Her In". They Also Helped with the Rental Car. When They Texted " She's Ready to Go Home" That was So Cool. These Guys are Artists. I Checked All the Body Lines. Perfect!!! Brand New. Told Them I Would Highly Recommend Them to Anyone Who Asks For Body Work. Thank You Sergio and the Crew.

We had a great experience at Michael J's Body Shop. When my 12 year old Honda Odyssey started leaking in the rain, most shops had no interest in repairing it since the job was so small. One shop told me that they would charge $750 just to diagnose the leak, then give an estimate to fix it. Not only was Michael J's willing to do the work, they diagnosed the problem and wrote up a very reasonable estimate. When I came to pick up my car, I was pleasantly surprised that they charged me even less than the estimate and replaced two burnt out brake lights at no charge. On top of that they gave my van a thorough wash. I couldn't be happier with my experience. I hope to not need a body shop any time soon, but when I do, I'll definitely go back to Michael J's!

My car had the misfortune of getting backed into right after New Year's Day while it was parked in the street. Luckily, the driver at fault was willing to go through insurance and cover me.

This is where Michael J's comes in - they were one of the recommended body shops in the area by my insurance and they were able to take a look and estimate the damage a few days after the incident. Unfortunately for me, this happened right after the holidays and their backlog was quite long (think late February). Also, with all the supply chain impacts that haven't recovered, there wasn't a guarantee that the OEM parts would come on time. The team at Michael J's was great about keeping me updated on when those parts would come in and when they would be able to squeeze me in once they do arrive.

After what seemed like forever for the parts to come in, they were able to get me in, get it done in the quoted time frame, and I am able to drive my car without a wrecked front bumper! Thanks Sergio and team - you guys were great to work with.

They did a great job on my repair and really made an effort to get my car done by the time I needed it back.

Based on Yelp's highly-rated reviews, I recently decided to bring my Acura RDX here to repair the vandalized scratch running across both passenger side doors. Sergio, Jane, and Kevin were super friendly and flexible to work with, dealing with all the insurance claim paperwork and making the process easy for me. Kevin was the main guy in charge of the repair and paint job on my car. They did an outstanding job, provided me with a guaranteed warranty of their workmanship, and even gave my car an excellent, complimentary car wash. Due to my very busy schedule, it was nice to finally see my car looking so shiny and clean. I can't thank Kevin, Sergio, and Jane enough for treating me like family, yet providing me the professional service each customer deserves. I highly recommend this Michael J's Body Shop. Give them the opportunity like I did because I do not regret doing so.

Pros:
- Customer Service was great! Front desk was very friendly and available. The estimator was great in being fair and giving good insight with a fair price
- Located in a good spot w/ abundant parking and a good area to be able to take the light rail or bus if you need to leave and come back
- They are a state farm approved/recommended shop so that makes it easier if you are fixing w/ insurance

Cons:
- They have a lot of customers... A LOT! So the shop tends to be very busy and took a very long time before anyone even talked to me when i showed up for my appointment
- Took over 2 weeks before even getting an appointment for an estimate and had to wait on hold for over 5+ min before I can get that done
- Estimator was friendly and upfront that the parts will take 2 weeks and the repair work won't even start until 2 weeks after then would take at least another 2 weeks after that. So overall 6 weeks of work (hint: I didn't go w/ them and went w/ another shop that took 2 weeks for everything - read my other reviews to find out more!)


Overall - I would say this shop is pretty legitimate and by the books. However, I did not go w/ them since it just takes way too much time to get anything done here. The company would benefit a little bit w/ either more ppl working or say no to a few customers. If you do not mind waiting or have a lot of time on your hands then this wouldn't be a bad option at all
