Michael was our property manager for almost two years in a home in Rancho Penasquitos. We rarely had issues with the home but when we did, Michael was fast to respond and help with anything that we needed. It was a great experience working with Michael and would recommend his services to a friend.

The walk through before move in was the most thorough I have ever witnessed, and he went above and beyond to answer all of my questions. Michael was extremely helpful as we prepared to get a loan, researched homes, searched and ultimately purchased our first family home. In 2020, while a difficult year to tour and adhere to COVID guidelines, he was professional, communicative, and made sure to keep us safe while touring dozens of homes in the San Diego SDSD and PUSD area.

My husband and I have been using Michael 's service for refinancing our home several times, and we just purchased a second home through his help last year. We always go to him without hesitation because we know we will be at ease when he comes to handle our business. He always came through it for us with great satisfaction. He is a trustworthy agent with an honest work ethic and integrity to handle our cases. He is also knowledgeable and experienced in his field. Whenever we use his service, Michael always listens to us attentively and provides advice and options that could help us make the best decision for our situation. Last but not least, even after our service is over, he would go beyond his responsibilities to assist us with other matters that he doesn't need to handle. For example, we had a leaking water issue on the property recently. I called him for a referral service. He reminded me that I could use the home warranty when we purchase the home last year. He not only emailed me a copy of it, he also reviewed it and guided me on how to submit the claim.

Highly recommended property manager. There was a leak from a unit above to my unit in Villa Vicenza UTC. We find out from the owner that Michael Goh manages the unit. He was very responsive and showed up in an hour to look at the problem. He had a special camera to detect the leak and have brought a plumber as well. They fixed the problem really quick and keep the ceiling open to make sure it doesn't leak any more. They fix the dry wall afterward and match the paint. I was very impressed with their job and the way they manage and communicate.

We were tenants of Michael Goh for 4.5 years. He was a fantastic landlord. Whenever we had an issue it was resolved quickly and exceeded our expectations. We understand from some of the service people that came to the house that our house was significantly smaller than the "high end" properties Mr. Goh manages (our House was 2,500 sq ft). We worked with Michael first when he was the property manager for a home we rented in 4S Ranch and later as our buyer's agent for a home purchase in Poway, CA. Through all our business dealings, Michael was always thoughtful, courteous, and extremely professional.

As buyer's agent, Michael was patient and never pressured us to enter a deal we would regret. He coached us to hold off on offers when in doubt, and he helped us look at properties with a critical eye. After four months of looking, when we finally found "the one", he aggressively negotiated an attractive price. We were very appreciative of Michael's extensive knowledge of homes, the real estate market, the closing process and additional considerations after close (i.e. living trust, recommendations for contractors on future work). We are very pleased with our new purchase, and without Michael's patience and perseverance we very likely would have settled for something less.

As a property manager, we were most struck by Michael's ability to expertly balance the needs of the landlord and tenant. When a major appliance broke, he did extra legwork to find a quality replacement unit while still sticking to the landlord's budget. When we had a major leak, he responded immediately and had the work done promptly by a quality contractor to minimize impact on our family. He was always respectful of our privacy and always clear in his communication with us. We rented the home for 5 years, and his excellent property management was the reason we stayed in the home for so long.

We are very happy to have worked with Michael as renters and as home buyers and will certainly request his services in the future if and when the need arises.
