My Doctor closed his practice and transferred my files to Dr. Aziz as a referral. I called his office three times and was placed on hold each time for more than ten minutes without anyone coming back on the line. I finally spoke to someone who told me they were going to look for my files and to make an appointment online. I followed their instructions and made the appointment online as advised. I never received a call back and when I called to confirm the appointment four days later, they told me they were completely booked and I had no appointment. I live in CT and had to make special arrangements to go into the city (including hotel reservation) for the appointment I made through their webpage. I asked to speak to someone in a managerial position and all they could do was apologize and offer me to go in without any guarantee that the Doctor could see me in a timely manner quoting that I might have to wait an undisclosed amount of time and still could not guarantee the visit. As disappointed and inconvenienced as I am by the whole ordeal, I am very happy not to have become one of this consult's patients. Their understanding of professional behavior is far from any minimal standards.

I'm so very happy that I found Dr. Aziz! You can always tell how good a doctor is by his office staff and when I called and his reception team took the time to look up my insurance and verify that I was covered despite how busy they were I knew that I was in good hands.
When I came in for my appointment I was very impressed by the office and I was evaluated by the reception team in the most professional manner and with such a high level of respect, for my requests that I have to say, this level of client patient care is first rate.
Dr. Aziz met me with a warm smile and handshake and took the time to review my medical history and even drew blood himself from my arm even though his usual tech was not available, truthfully I was blown away because no one had ever been able to do that before.
I'm really looking forward to having the best care and attention for my health concerns in his office and I am very blessed that he accepts my health insurance, I'm just incredibly happy!Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 2Oh no 0 - Lizette H.Bronx, Bronx, NY3384Mar 10, 2023
Dr. Aziz has been my doctor for almost four years now and I'm so grateful to my colleagues for having recommended him to me. He is insightful and knowns my history inside and out! I am grateful him for all the care he has taken with my situation! If you need a great PCP, come see him! His staff is also amazing!

This has to be one of the worst health provider offices in the city. I get that receptionists can get busy, but they were unhelpful and did not answer repeated calls from me nor my pharmacist after they sent in the wrong prescription. The NP was overscheduled and busy. The failure to provide my pharmacy with the prescription I had scheduled an appointment for is unacceptable. There are better practices out there with more humanity and competence.

Where do I begin to describe this horrible sad excuse for a medical professional? Went in for a simple physical. The staff was rude and classless. Aziz himself was rushed and clearly could not have been less interested in performing a routine physical. Bedside manner was non-existent. I was so off-put by his lack of interest in our appointment that I didn't even bother to bring up additional inquires I had about my health. Ended up with unexpected charges that he or his staff did not thoroughly explain I would incur. After speaking with my health insurance they made it clear that this office lacked basic knowledge of certain immunizations that are now covered for all Americans under the Affordable Care Act.
Also: no need for a reply from Aziz's office. Your lack of professionalism is indefensible.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 1 - Dylan S.Manhattan, NY04Dec 12, 2019
Dr. Aziz and everyone in the office have become a group I look forward to seeing every month now for the past 7+ years. Always a short wait time. Very thorough and efficient appointments. Extremely intelligent doctor. Who knew a doctors appointment could be such a seamless, pleasant experience?! Highly recommend!

Horrendous office. They bled my insurance dry for a gazillion of unnecessary tests. When I've asked them (apres being on a hold for 50 minutes) to send me the record, they said I have to notarize the request and send it to them via certified mail, since they have no proof that I am me. How do they know I am me when I was actually there, I wonder? The doc cared about what extra test or procedure he can order, but couldn't care less for much actual symptoms, complains, etc. Extremely disappointed. Beware.
The answer below is ridiculous. Of course they charge you for everything. And that was a year ago, and completely unnecessary.Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Valerie G.Woodbury, NY01Nov 13, 2018
As a patient and healthcare professional, I will tell you that Dr. Aziz is first rate in his medical care. I have been a patient for years and am shocked to see some these reviews. I have always been treated professionally by both the doctor and his staff.
While this is a busy practice, as patient, what I like most is that Dr. Aziz cares and always listens. What I value as a professional in the health-care field, is that Dr. Aziz is a phenomenal diagnostician who is thorough and has helped me feel better.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Sunni E.Manhattan, New York, NY05Feb 1, 2018
Dr. Bridget has been an absolute safe haven to me over the past year and I can thank her enough for being such an amazing practitioner of medicine and just a wonderful person....She truly saved my life and actually CARES about her patients.
Dr. Aziz is always friendly with a big smile on his face as well!
Their staff: THE sweetest ladies on earth and I can't even begin to say how much I adore them. Always make me feel so welcomed and accommodate me-I've been lucky to locate a couple great physicians in the city with equally as wonderful staff!
Thank you all-you know I love you!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Dani H.Manhattan, NY2261145Jul 20, 2011First to Review
This guy is the worst. Do not come here if you have serious concerns about your health or need more than a Z pack.
He is rushed, mumbles and doesn't care about your questions or concerns. I had so many questions, I managed to asked how I got my sore throat/ coughing up stuff and he mumbled something like "could be anything." I was in his office for less than 5 min, he was to write me 2 prescriptions, but he forgot about the second one and I had to come back for it.
Also, he is only at 825 7th ave on Sundays. Weekdays he is at 509 Madison Ave.Helpful 6Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0
