Dont do it! My only regret was not reading the first reviewers review before booking them. Not only did I call them 4 times before the day of the party, to ask about different things ie. whether there were glasses, aux cord, etc. but I called and left messages the day of the party an hour in advance and left messages.

THEY STILL MANAGED TO ARRIVE NEARLY 2 HOURS LATE!!!

The lady Sandy - didn't call me back instead texted me saying to contact the manager who's name is Daniel Dantonio. The manager told me he could get someone over in 45 minutes! I said fine just bring someone over soon. Once the limo driver arrived he very rudely stated "I'm not moving the limo until you pay me."

We paid him to not be even more late and figured we'd talk to the manager the next day and get our discount. The next day the owner/manager Dantonio - first lied to us and said he was just the operator. Then when I mentioned his name and phone number were on the website he switched the story - got very defensive and said "well you used the service so thats it."

I mentioned I was going to take legal action - and he called me 5 times to verbally harass me before saying he would return me 50% if I met up with him in a corner gas station in Miami, but then called me back 1 minute later to say "do what you got to do, I talked to my attorney and he said I don't owe you anything."

Well, as an attorney myself, I have to say I strongly disagree with that.

JUST DON'T DO IT!!!

I was a little hesitant to book Miami Drive You services because of the previous reviews but after reaching out to them, they explained that the company is under a new management. They were very quick to respond to my to emails and calls. We decided to go for one of the special packages and booked the Halloween Fun special. I can truly tell you that it was an enjoyable experience!

The party bus was nicely decorated, the driver arrived on time, was very courteous and professional and took us to many places around the city. My pictures from that night came out awesome, I am glad I got the photo package, I highly recommend you getting it if you want to capture the valuable memories before your ride. Overall our experience with this company was great and we will definitely use their services in the future.

I booked a black 10 passenger Chrysler for my daughters homecoming event. I completed booking online very easily from one of the special packages they had to offer, and found it to be an extreamly reasonable price which even included gratuity. On my daughters homecoming event, the driver actually arrived 30 minutes earlier, and informed me that he would be waiting outside. Driver was polite and helpful and got my daughter and her friends to their destination on time. I wouldn't hesitate to book them again for any other limousine transportation. Their website couldn't have been easier to navigate. I was very happy with the service and felt very comfortable (with my daughters safety as a top concern as a parent). My daughter and her friends had a blast!

Tip: if you want to avoid having to call, you can chat with them, they have a system that is 24 hours on their website. Very convenient

We scheduled a limo from this company about 3 weeks to a month in advance. Even with all that notice, the limo still showed up an hour and thirty minutes late. They refused to give a discount or even acknowledge their mistake. Truly some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced. STAY FAR AWAY, they are not worth the headache.

I wish I didn't have to give a star. We had a confirmation and the limo did not show up to pick up me the bride, my groom and my bridal party! Called the number and no answer! Left messages. No call back no email to apologize! It was completely embarrassing and we had to call our guests back to pick us up; in which, we lost so much time of the reception. So disappointed!
