Amazing place. It's that type of shop that gives beyond expectation customer service and just makes sure you get the right stuff. They even explain to you how the parts work so that you get a better understanding of what's going on with your car, far more than the repair shop that repaired my car.
I went in to buy several auto parts, they could tell I was unsure of buying it all. It was their slowest day, so they took a quick check on my car (They didnt have to), and they found I only actually needed one part. Later I verified with a different repair shop and they were right about just the one part. The whole thing saved me a lot of stress, time, and money. I was so happy I tipped the guy at the counter myself... found out he was the assistant manager there. Very poor service . Try to to call and find out about my parts if they come in . After 5 calls I give up .

Napa ruined this store, since Napa took over they do NOT carry a lot of the parts I used to order from meyers... again today i ordered a part for a mercedes iv got twice in the past, i was told they no longer carry it...I have Always hated doing business with napa since the 70's...way over priced parts. Now they took over meyers and parts I Used to order i can no longer get......Will never EVER do any business with napa again

I got a part for my Audi here but bec the part was $130.00 and it was one that needed to be ordered, I had to order it and pick it up days later. Not that ordering the part was a big deal, it was the fact that the store wouldnt take a cc over the phone, I had to go all the way down to the store, which wasn't anywhere close to where I live and pay it in cash. This is the only way that it could be done, which seems a little nutty to me in this day and age of technology.

Excellent customer service...I brought a broken engine mount and by the time I get to the counter James knew what kind of car the engine mount is from. He explain to me in the best of his knowledge on what to do to get a lifetime warranty on engine mounts from them. Its very hard to do business with other auto parts store because most of the employees don't know what to do or even ordering the wrong parts most of the times. I highly recommend this store and look for JAMES.

I went in today to get a simple tail light bulb for my Mercedes and the idiot clerk gave me the wrong bulb sending me on an odyssey of a long day with dire consequences. The bulb got stuck and I had to drive back to that area from Green Valley so my tech could force it out. I took it back and still haven't eaten lunch it's closing time at 3 p.m. and he exchanges it. I have diabetes and hadn't eaten so rushing home back to Green Valley our friendly tax collectors the NHP pulled me over for following too closely. I explained that I was hungry and had a medical condition that I needed to eat and he wrote me up anyway. You will never catch a break from the NHP on I-215. So now I have an expensive problem to take care of due to the incompetence of a parts counterperson. The same guy tried to tell me I needed two headlight since one went out. I won't be returning to Meyers ever and I've been a customer for 30 years.
