Metro Augusta Inspection Services

Metro Augusta was very thorough at the home inspection. James arrived very early and left no stone unturned. James explained to us the few issues that he did find, and we had the report via e-mail within minutes of completion. This helped us greatly, because we are out-of-state buyers who needed a quick response from the sellers. They were also able to schedule our inspection for the next day.

James showed up early, and did a great job. I was unable to attend, but he provided a detail report. This is a new construction, and I was able to forward the inspection to the builder for corrective action. Fast service no disappointment. Would recommend.

Shane inspected our soon to be new house today and we felt he did a very thorough job. He spent the time that was needed, found a number of issues and he even came back after I emailed about some thing I found because he was still nearby. Would definitely recommend Shane.

Shane was prompt and took his time throughout the inspection. He was detailed and approachable. We had an inspection scheduled for 4 pm. He beat me to the house and completed the inspection in 2 hours and I had the detailed report by 7:15 pm the same night! If we move again, I would gladly choose metro again

Thorough with his inspections. Very nice and informative. As a new buyer, we were pretty nervous about the purchase of our home. He made sure we were protected from any costly repairs.

I don't want to dispute the findings, though some were inaccurate, but what I do want to point out that the findings were embellished with the inspectors personal feelings to a point that the potential buyer walked away from this purchase without even being willing to talk with his own realtor. The degree they went into about personal injury is absolutely ridiculous and made our house sound like a money pit and death trap. Even minor findings were made to sound like huge expenses. If they want to write a book, become a novelist. I do not recommend this company at all.
