Super bummed because I was really looking forward to having one of their battle worn metal flags hanging on the side of my house. I ordered August 21st and clicked the box agreeing to the 4 week min backup. Fine. On September 26th I sent an email requesting update on ship date. Was told that they were sorry and due to high volume sold in July and beginning of August, they were being backed up drastically. Ok fine. Fast forward to today, October 19th. Still no word from them, so I call. Was told that they were still backed up and that they had no time frame to give me. I said to myself last night that if they couldn't give me a time frame that I would cancel my order, and that's what I did. I'll look elsewhere for something similar. I was really hoping to get their product because I want to support companies working here in the United States, I like supporting small businesses... Plus the product looked amazing. But I cancelled because I found the business practice unacceptable, especially since they already took my money and have not fulfilled their end of the bargain. Now, they have responded to my facebook review stating again the 4 week minimum. They have also blocked me so that I can't respond to criticism that I'm not "patient enough" and would "be the first to complain about quality if it were a rushed job." It's been nearly 8 weeks, and they refused to give me a time frame in which they would deliver what I paid for. Keep in mind they have my money and are refusing to tell me when I can expect delivery on the item I ordered via their website. That's just not right in my eyes. I'm sure you guys are doing the best you can, but you should not be taking people's money when you are so back logged that you cannot or will not inform them of when they can expect to have what they paid for. Bad business practice folks.

Long on promise, short on delivery...literally. Ordered 4 items in mid August. I knew there was a 4-week back order on some. Thought they might be here for a birthday celebration in early October...nope. I decided they'd be Christmas gifts. I never heard from them, so began calling every couple of weeks in late October. Got excuse after excuse saying the items would likely be among the next few orders. Then finally I was told they were "Guaranteed to arrive by Christmas". They shipped the items on 12/19/2016 and I didn't see them until AFTER Christmas on 12/27/2016. I have all the documentation to prove it.

GO ELSEWHERE if you are looking for a unique gift....they aren't the only game in town.

Great bunch of guys who are more than willing to help you with your needs. The boat mount they custom lot done was fantastic. I appreciated the great craftsmanship that they put in it. Thank you guys and god bless.

I went here for a few years. They are young and willing. A little hesitant to give me what I wanted at first. BUT...in that area of North Carolina they aren't the only shop that does that. Everyone in Central North Carolina tries to do your vehicle how they want to do it. I was there for nearly 6 years while customizing 2 of my cars. Not just once. I had been to the shop multiple times over about 3 years. They are a great group of guys. It's Trevor and Kory. They pretty much run the show. Trevor always seems to be busy. So I'd advise talking to Kory. They are young, so they are still growing. I sincerely feel in due time they will be an excellent shop. But I cannot give 5 stars for any review unless I felt everything was done in absolute perfection. Just keep on top of them and make sure you get exactly what you want.
