I came in for a lip and brow threading Groupon deal for $10. My eyebrows aren't in it's best form so it's kind of difficult to shape. My brows didn't come out to how I wanted it, but I know the technician was trying her best. She was very polite and patient with my requests.

I definitely will give this place another chance. The prices are reasonable and the customer service here is warm and personal. I'd suggest they'd start offering some snacks and drinks just to make it feel even more welcoming. But all in all, it was a decent place for a decent amount!

Walked in hoping to get my brows threaded. The woman working there was very nice and she did a great job with my very unruly brows. Will definitely be back!

My go to eyebrow place! It's about $13 for threading and service is efficient and fast. Parking can be hard to find as it's on park street. I have been going there for almost a year now and it gets the job done

Extremely disappointed. I came in today because it said they were open. When I came in there was no one there. I called a few times for someone to finally answer. They told me they will be available at 1pm. I came back at 12:55. No one was still there so I waited till 1pm. it was 1:10pm and still no one. I called again and got no response. I got a text a few minutes later saying their employee will be running late. I asked what time will she be able to come in and she said 2pm. Extremely inconsiderate and terrible customer service.

come here for threading. there usually isn't a wait & the threading is good as are the prices.

Just coming out of a microdermabrasion facial at Merle Norman Alameda. Suja did an amazing job. It was previously owned by Pabitra and now taken over by her cousin Suja. She has a great hand at it and customized the facial to my skin type. Highly recommended!! All previous Pabitra clients, don't hesitate to walk in. Suja is amazing at what she does.

I've been on the search for someone who does eyebrow threading, and Sudah does a beautiful job. I am so pleased to have found this shop and definitely recommend it to anyone who is looking to get their eyebrows threaded. They have lots of services such as facials, waxing, makeover lessons, ear piercing, body wrap, and body scrubs. A facial is next on my list!

Came in for a second piercing for me and one for my husband. We were in and out quickly. She used a piercing gun. Overall, would come back again. It was an easy experience.
