This was the the fastest car purchase ever. I worked with Wes who was nice to deal with. We agreed to a price that we were comfortable with. Wes was a gentleman and stayed until close of business even though his shift was over at 5 pm to ensure we were comfortable with our transaction and had no problems. Travis was the finance manager and didn't not try to push or force us to buy anything we weren't ready to buy. He gave us all of our option and respected our decisions and budget. Our entire time their we felt comfortable. The staff overall was super helpful and answers all of our questions. It should be clear that we bought our car from here because they also had the most competitive pricing as well and were willing to beat any other offers on the street. As a first time luxury car buyer, I had my trepidations as I went out to work with dealerships from various brands across Chicago. However, I must say that my experience with Mercedes-Benz of Chicago was not what I expected. In fact, my entire encounter there was an incredibly pleasant surprise.

When I walked through the main door, I was warmly greeted by Bryan, one of Mercedes-Benz of Chicago's top sales consultants. He politely guided me to the vehicle I was interested in and gave me a thorough rundown of the features. My fiancé was running late at the time, but Bryan was patient and allowed me to wait for her so that we could test drive the car together. The test drive itself was painless, since Bryan made sure to make it educational and pleasant.

One thing I want to note: My fiancé and I were very concerned that the car we wanted was too big to fit in our garage space. Without hesitation, Bryan offered to drive the vehicle to our home the next day to test park the car in our garage spot. And sure enough, he arrived exactly on time, and parked the car to help give us peace of mind (thankfully it ended up fitting). It was at that moment I knew that Bryan exemplifies what true 'white glove' customer service should be.

Overall, Bryan was incredibly professional, accommodating and never made me feel second rate. On top of that, Bryan has a deep passion for the Mercedes brand, which was reflected in the way he talked about the vehicle I purchased and answered my never ending line of questions. If you end up working with him, you'll be in great hands.
