Mendoza Painting & Pressure-Washing

Alan did a great job with our new home. He did the entire interior, including new trim, celings, accent walls, etc.

One of the things I most appreciated about Alan was how he stuck to our timeline, which even meant him working through a weekend, which he did proactively, so that we could move in on time. He was also flexible, working around the schedules of new carpets, windows, etc.

Alan always has a great attitude and a smile on his face. I would work with him again in a heartbeat.

Alan and his guys did an amazing job painting our cabinets. They washed , sanded, washed again, primered and painted all the cabinets. As we have such a small back patio, Alan took all the doors to his place so he couple spray them. They turned out awesome. We are so very happy with the final product They were very thorough and professional.

Alan Mendoza presents himself as a professional but is not. In March 2023, he evaluated our whole house exterior paint job and provided a fair estimate. The job was contingent on being completed by the end of August 2023. He accepted and agreed to that stipulation. This was done to allow him to schedule the job at his convenience. Through April and May there was no contact from him. I messaged him and he agreed to set a date for the job. He did not. I called him in early August and he again agreed to set a date. He messaged me a few days later saying he could do the job the last week of August or first week of September. I replied asking for the last week of August. He replied saying that he underbid the job and would not do the work. Very unprofessional and uncommunicative. I would not recommend or use his service.

Alan and his team were fantastic to work with. We just put our home in Graton up for sale, and in the past two weeks they painted the entire interior and cleaned/stained the exterior, our decks, and front porch. They also power-washed and stained our garden shed and painted its door and window trim. They did all of this fairly quickly, and coordinated around our swift timeline and in between rain.

Alan is personable, responsive, and easy to communicate with. I'd recommend him to anyone looking for interior or exterior work.

Needed to have some improvements and repairs done to my home to prepare for selling and after calling all kinds of contractors for quotes I can easily say this was one of the best experiences I had with nearly all my calls. Alan showed up quickly and provided a quote- Great guy who's extremely friendly and even better to work with. Quality of work and time to complete job was great. Save time and hassle- Call Alan first. Couldn't be happier.

We've used Mendoza painting twice. Once five years ago for the interior and again a few weeks ago for the exterior. We really appreciated how responsive Alan was via text, it was really easy to get questions answered and keep up with the progress. Both times they did a great job! The exterior job involved a lot of caulking due to new siding, and they filled it in beautifully. We have several family members who have been in construction for a long time, and they have all said that they were impressed with the quality of the work.

Alan's a great guy with a winning smile who was engaged with us during the whole process. His crew, including
Conner and Gabe, were friendly, conscientious and wanted you to be happy with their work. They painted my two neighbors houses and they were pleased as well. Pick Mendoza, you won't be disappointed.

Allan showed up today on SUNDAY as we are having pics taken of our house to list to rent tomorrow. He was polite and proffessional and was happy I was at my home to make sure there were no leaks into the interior while he powerwashed. My home is 108 years old and as of today has never looked so goood. He worked very hard and even went up on to the roof of the garage to sweep all the redwood branches and leaves off.
Very happy with his service and will use him again and recommend him to our property managment company.

I had a very good experience with this company. Alan was prompt and coming out and giving me an estimate he worked with me to ensure that we were able to do the job within my budget. Even though we scheduled the job during winter he made it clear that the weather might be a risk factor in delaying the work. He reiterated this various times because apparently he's been burned in the past with customers that don't understand that you cannot paint the outside of the house during rain. I told him I was OK with that and we went on with scheduling the work. As he predicted the rain delayed the job a few times But I was aware and did not mind. When the sun finally did come out for more than a day he called me right away to schedule the work. The first break there was in the whether he was on it. His crew came out and worked very well. Also they were very Conscientious about keeping things neat and clean.
They had to leave their materials over the weekend and instead of leaving it all scattered and set up so they can start Monday, they cleared everything up to ensure that my kids were safe if they went in the backyard. They could've easily left everything set up so that they can get back to work but they did not because they were aware that we may want to use our space in the weekend and did not want to leave their clutter there. They showed up every day on time and worked continuously and professionally. I did not see a single slacker and the work was excellent! I am so happy with my home now with its fresh new coat of paint. Would definitely recommend Alan over and over again. I plan on using him for interior work sometime in the future too. Oh and one more thing he uses top quality materials...only high end stuff!
