Stay FAAAARRRRRR away from this place. Extremely unprofessional. The inside is poorly decorated and has dust everywhere. When I went in with my mom to discuss arrangements for a family member, we walked across uneven floors. Though we had an appointment they were not ready for us and could not even work a lamp that was covered in years worth of dust.

For what they are charging you would think that they put some work in the apperance of their establishment. I get the feeling that they over charge simply because they are in a high crime area and they get a kick out of taking money out of the pockets of those who cannot afford it.

I repeat stay FAAAARRRRR away from this place...don't use this place it is not worth it. Call around to atleast four other funeral homes before you go with these shady folks.

I cannot tell you how much I love Shawn and his staff. They are the most helpful & friendly people I have ever met. They travelled from Rochester to Niagara Falls to meet with my family and I. The services they provided for my sister and their professionalism was by far the best I've encountered. I cannot thank them enough and I would graciously recommend them to anyone and everyone.

After speaking with Mr. Jeremy who works at this funeral home I must say that there is no kind of professionalism what so ever, nor customer service. This funeral home is a rip off. My Aunt passed and we needed this funeral home to only in-bomb the body and pull the death certificate. He charge my family $2,300 to in-bomb my aunt body and put all sort of charges on his itemize bill. He charged $1,135 in bombing, $295 transfer remains to the hospital, $395 arrangement's security, $200 shipping to the airport and $275 hearse fee. Which did not include my Aunt's airfare flight nor a casket. Correct if I am wrong but shouldn't the hearse fee be part of the transfer remains to the airport fee? You need a hearse in order to do this. And what about the money for the arrangement's of security fee? There was no viewing. He only picked her body up from the morgue in the hospital and in-bomb her an shipped her in a bag, that's it and he charged these bogus charges of $2300. Please stop using this funeral home and stop allowing him to rip off people. Stay far away from this company because they are not there for the family but for their own selfish reasons to make big money off of the poor. Were is the respect for the dead at in this matter?
