I can't say enough nice things about this location!
On Friday night I was coming home late after an evening in Dallas. My air conditioning stopped blowing cool air. I had visions of sitting on central expressway with my windows open and no air movement in 100 degree weather. After a few google searches I brought my car into Meineke on 15th street early in the morning.

Roy, the technician with 50 years experience, showed me the problem and had me fixed up and back on the road in 90mins. I can't complain! It didn't cost an arm and a leg either. Very thankful they could help me out as the heat of summer begins to pound us.

I was fairly impressed with my experience here on Friday. My car needed a basic oil change. They were running a $24.95 special.

The employees were professional and quick. While they quoted me a variety of things that needed to be looked at, they didn't push me to get them done during the oil change. I really appreciated that they explained but didn't pressure.

It was raining when they finished the oil change, and they let me get into my vehicle in the garage, as to not get drenched. It was a small thing, but greatly appreciated.

I will definitely return again!

I love this place but since I got a bigger truck they can't change the oil or alignment on my truck too heavy . Manager didn't want to do because of liability I understand no big deal . But they have great coupons in the mail you can use.

I just had a fantastic experience here. Roy was very attentive, kind, and knowledgeable. Chris, the mechanic took the time to explain exactly what I should plan for in the months and year ahead. The manager was also involved. He was extremely nice. What a great team. They take a stressful situation of having your car worked on, and make it painless and stress free. 5 stars!

Excellent experience! Got my oil changed and state inspection in less than 30 minutes! Clean waiting area. Free bottled water. Customer service is awesome. Been here off and on and have always been treated well. I did go in the middle of the day in the middle of the week. So no wait time! Highly recommend!

GO TO THIS MEINEKE! They really care about customer service and satisfying the customer's wants and needs!

After getting my oil changed and tires roared, my Jeep lug nuts had lost both of their silver casings somewhere between the garage and my house. I came back after I noticed and the Manager made a phone...within just a few minutes later the new lug nuts arrive!

Amazing shop. Great prices. Very transparent, communicated to the mechanic and he always explained everything very well. Very friendly, overall a great experience. I had multiple things done on my 1993 Silverado and it was just a great experience. Recommend this shop for any car repair needs!

This Meineke has always been good to me and my cars. The management/ownership has changed. I went in to have a wiper bushing replaced and after 30 minutes of four guys working on my wipers it was fixed. They never took off the correct parts to get to my wipers so they squeezed their hands in where they could and EVEN took off my hood. They couldn't get my wipers off so they went around them. Luckily they didn't break anything they just bent a lot. After the work was done I was charged $70 for a 1/2 hour of work. It was obvious that most of that time was spent on TRYING TO GET to my wipers AND TAKING MY HOOD OFF. I complained but I did pay the entire amount right after one of the boys working there said if I didn't like the price he could take everything apart again. That's just rude. 2 1/2 months later my wiper are broken in the same spot. I called this Meineke to make them aware and was told to call corporate. I did that as well and 4 days later I still didn't get a response.
These guys are all incompetent as well as the manger/owner up front. There is zero customer service knowledge in this store. Sure, come get your oil changed but don't bring a real problem here. They dont know what they are doing and you will pay for the time it takes them to google how to fix it. Do yourself a favor and find a real mechanic.

This is one of my better experience getting my car serviced. It was a very easy transaction and the staff is great! Easy in and out on a Friday afternoon which I appreciate! Your car is in good hands and no ridiculous pricing.
