Crystal D.Phoenix, AZ3563579Sep 18, 2023I bought a warrantied battery from them, and when it started going out I took it in today. They tried to tell me it wasn't the battery and they needed to do an alternator test for $80. So after refusing because my husband works on cars and told me it was definitely not the alternator; we took it to Oreilly's where the test showed it was indeed the battery and they replaced it. Now it runs great. Moral of the story is they will not honor a warranty; do not deal with these people they will also lie to you and take your money.

Didn't wanna replace my wife's battery said it wasn't the battery. I'm a mechanic so I could tell it was the battery and that they just didn't want to honor the warranty. Would rather have the neighborhood mechanic diagnose my vehicle, then these people
