MedSave Family Pharmacy

Probably the last small town pharmacy in Bemidji. They took excellent care and assistance for my mother and brother who both were going through terminal cancer. Julie is awesome and knows her stuff as she navigates the insurance and hospital information on the computer.

There used to be a time when Medsave was the small town homey pharmacy, those days are gone. Like all growth in Bemidji, Medsave has become cold, unfriendly, nasty, rude and full of strangers who dont know what they are doing. Its sad to watch Julie run around not knowing if shes coming or going. There definitly needs to be proper training on job organization but more importantly, CUSTOMER SERVICE !! They have some of the rudest people working there now. Poor Richard!! I adore him! I dont know how much longer I can stay there, the new people are killing his business.
