Yesterday I called to inquire about a knee walker, the customer service person was very kind and answered all my questions, I'm sorry I did not get her name.I placed the order March 3 and I received my scooter March 4, yes delivery was in one day.
A gentleman names Yuri (spelling may be incorrect) was wonderful he adjusted the scooter for me, explained how to fold it and most of all stayed with me while I tried it for the first time. He was very kind and compassionate and didn't rush me at all.
I'm not a big review writer but when service is good I feel compelled to let the owners of Mediplus know what great employees they have. Kudos to your company and bravo to your great employees

I had an accident which required extensive surgery. I was at a loss of where to call to get some equipment to help me through my recovery. I called MedPlus Home Health, and was helped not only efficiently but with care and courtesy. From my first phone call I was given so much help as I didn't know what I might need,I can't recommend a company more highly than this,from my first phone call to the delivery of the equipment. I found the staff, kind, courteous, and so helpful. I can't recommend this company enough, hopefully I won't need them in the future but it's good to know that they're a phone call away.

Super responsive, customer oriented. When a care facility was discharging my mother and was supposed to arrange for a hospital bed to be delivered to her home, they worked with a big company that screwed up 3 days in a row. We could never even get a straight answer on when we would get the bed ( I think the calls went to a call center somewhere). I called these guys in desperation and they arranged to get a bed to her on 4 hours notice. Just after I made arrangements with Mediplus, the bed ( that the big company had no idea where it was) arrived, and I had to cancel their order. I was so impressed by the way they jumped through hoops for us that I insisted on paying them a service charge for their trouble.

I had knee replacement surgery and needed to rent a recliner.
I called and they said they would have one there the same day between
1 and 4pm. It arrived a little after 12!
Tom, who delivered the chair put it together and explained fully how to use the remote for it. This company has great customer service and I thought the price was reasonable. The quality of the chair is fantastic too.

I am very happy with my rental experience with Mediplus Home Health. My mom recently broke her wrist and was having a hard time getting up from a sitting position with the use of only one arm. Additionally, she isn't doing the stairs for now, and was sleeping downstairs on the couch, which wasn't really working for her for the same reason/limited mobility with one arm while trying to get up.

I decided a lift chair was required to solve her problems at home and I shopped around via the web and made some calls, and Mediplus Home Health had 2 models to choose from for monthly rental: one basic lift chair model, and one that had 4 other adjustments and reclined almost horizontally. We chose the latter, and then I told the salesperson that I needed the lift chair the day after we would get a medical script from her doctor for the lift chair. Net net, I gave the salesperson 2 days' notice. He promised me that would not be a problem, and sure enough after I called him on Wednesday, the chair was delivered on Friday morning, as promised.

The salesperson was easy to do business with, the ordering process only took minutes via the phone and delivery person was very nice, informative, and took the time to insure my mother knew how to use the chair before he left.

All in all, I would recommend Mediplus Home Health to anyone shopping for medical equipment for use at home. If/when my mother requires additional medical equipment at her home, I won't hesitate to call them again.

They were great. I inquired about a knee walker on Friday evening and they delivered in Sat afternoon. Very professional and would def recommend. Seamless!

This is the 2nd time within a years period that I have had major spinal surgery - last September 2018 I had lumbar surgery and medi plus was there the day I was let out of the hospital with a hospital bed , which rivaled any hospital bed a hospital could offer. It was delivered free of charge and assembled in no time. The service man then proceeded to take the time to explain the full usage of the bed - extremely professional. This May, I had 4 discs replaced in my cervical spine, and again the day of my release Medi-plus was there with a hospital grade recliner which was needed for the position I needed to sleep and is extremely comfortable, Anthony - the gentleman who delivered the chair, again for free, proceeded to assemble and show myself and my wife the full usage. I can't thank them enough for their professionalism and the rate of care they show to people who are in need of comfort from a recent surgery or medical condition. Gratefully,

I spent about two weeks searching for a particular piece of medical equipment and didn't like what I was offered from national companies. I found Mediplus and Marcus and his crew had it to me in one day. I would give them ten stars if possible. Absolutely recommended.
