My new born suffered from a bit of jaundice and so we needed a Bilibed. These guys brought it to my home and showed me how to use it. When we were finished they just came by a couple days later and took it back. They get 5 stars because it seemed as though they saved the day. My son is now bilirubin free.

Update in reference to the comment that they added. The employee was watching as we left a review to ensure that we left a good review before they offered the discount.

One of the worst customer service experiences. The people at this location are nice when you buy/rental an item. When it come to anything else (incorrect billing) they are apathetic and combative. They are now owned by Linncare which in 2017 paid $20millions for medical fraud. Do not trust this place of business.

Whoever rated this place at a 1 seriously needs to check their actions and attitude. I have been coming to this specific location for years. Every single time I have received nothing but a wonderful personalized experience. If I have to call the employees are pleasant and knowledgeable. If I was confused or had an issue any of them were willing to walk me through my problem. This is a wonderful location. Thank you for your excellence service!!

These people are rude and have zero people skills. Avoid at all costs. The lady that we spoke with sounded like she was reading from a script.

I am brand new to MO. I have multiple issues and dx. That being said, I've had to rely on these type of establishments for several years. I not only wanted to write a review, but show the differences from one state to another. That being said, theres a very big difference between good service, selection and customer relations. I am so happy with Medical West for all these reasons. Ive always believed that honest feedback is crucial to the survival, growth and success of such establishments. Its time for me to lay it out now! Medical West exceeded all my expectations. Every time! From the staff, to the inventory and the quality of it. I am so pleased with them. And if they read this, a sincere Thank you for the help and equipment i have used. The staff is so caring all the time. I look forward to continuing to do business with Medical West. Very professional team that takes the time to walk you through your equipment needs. I recently had an equipment issue trying to get a battery to work with my CPAP for an overseas flight. The technician took time to listen to my issue then asked me to bring it in to their tech facility and work thru the problem. I have used this company for over two years and consistently impressed with their staff and customer service.
